Ohio Institute of Allied Health, Inc., established in 1987, is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) college, which offers classes, certificates, workshops and programs in healthcare careers with an emphasis on holistic health. Holistic practitioners today specialize in a variety of healthcare areas. Holistic therapists are utilized in medical, dental, nursing and psychological healthcare delivery in all areas of the country as well as establishing their own private practices.
It is the purpose of the Ohio Institute of Allied Health to help address the growing demand for healthcare workers, and to provide students and healthcare professionals in the community with a comprehensive choice of educational options. This will allow them to enhance and further the use of holistic therapies for their patients. The school also encourages alumni to seek continuing education and research in their own practices.
