Miguel and Nick did beautifully bring up my new sofa. They were careful and communicated well. Parts of the couch had to be taken apart legs, pillows off in order to fit up back stairs.They put it all back together. Thank you, guys.
It is seldom when I write reviews, but I could not ignore sharing my experience while shopping at the Old Brick Furniture in Schenectady NY. Overall, it is a well-set store that offers an extensive assortment of furniture for the home. But what made this shopping experience exceptional was being assisted by John. Shopping for the house with the family together, we sure had many inquiries and requests that day! John took his time and ensured we had all our questions answered and explained. Not only is John skillful in customer service and generous in his attention and care, but he is also one of the associates who enjoy his employment. John enjoys what he does while surrounding you with friendly and mindful interpersonal communication. And think of it, the sales associates do not even get commissions! When you experience this type of assistance, it is impossible not to feel humility and genuine care. I want to thank John from my family and myself for making our shopping time easy and pleasant.
Went to Old Brick to get an adjustable base and mattress for my Mom. Our salesman was great! He helped us find exactly what we needed and if it was in stock. We needed it quickly. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. I would highly recommend that you check them out for any of your furniture needs.
Dave was the sales representative that assisted us. After showing us the mattress area he gave us space to shop. Not only did we purchase two mattresses we also purchased a recliner. Dave keep doing what you do. Customers appreciate sales representative that allow them to shop. We will see you soon for the living room set. Dave sets the standard for customer service and product knowledge. Highly recommend seeing Dave at the Old Brick in Rotterdam
Salesmen were very helpful & friendly. My asking quite a few questions was absolutely no problem to my salesman. He was very informative. The selection was impressive along with the quality of their furniture. I highly recommend this furniture store and their Campbell rd location.
Went there for a mattress had no idea what we were looking for. Walked around and luckily a great sales man came up and helped me out. Kevin was absolutely amazing he help me find the right mattress after putting us on the bed calibration system. he walked us through and showed us all of our options.from the best down to the bottom of all the beds price range I absolutely recommend Kevin’s help and guide while shopping at old brick furniture I experienced the best time while looking for my new investment mattress.
After shopping all of the local furniture stores, we always go back to our first stop...Old Brick. We've furnished several of our rooms with their furniture over the years. Good quality and excellent customer service. We love their no commission approach to sales. You never feel pressured, and all of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
Old Brick was the easiest place to shop for furniture. I shopped 2 other stores and didn’t get the kind of customer service I found at Old brick. John was so helpful stepping me through the process of customizing a sectional. At the other stores, that process had overwhelmed me. John made it so easy!!
My wife and I had a great experience today at Old Brick in Schenectady. The salesman found what we were looking for in the show room quickly and knew the options for each set we were looking at off the top of his head. We highly recommend you stop by this store when looking at furniture.
Great experience. Purchased new mattress and living room furniture from Dave. He was professional and answered all our questions. Great value on pricing and 72 month 0 interest financing. Have been to Old Brick in the past and will return in the future.
