We have been a customer for 35 years. Rick helped my husband & I the other day with our sofa & bed purchase. He was wonderful. Everyone in there is so friendly and professional. Our furniture was delivered to our home quickly by 2 young men. They set everything up for us. We love it!! Great experience! Highly recommend!

Old Colony was a big disappointment. The furniture I bought had a button to come off the couch and it has yet to be fixed?!?!? The leather chairs were ordered before Covid, so it was almost a year before we got them. We understood that issue, BUT they delivered the chairs and they did not have the correct chairs. We spent quite a bit of money with 2 couches, tables, bar stools, and chairs. We had to call CONSTANTLY to get updates, etc. The whole process took the joy out of furnishing our new home. We also needed 2 bedroom suits and a dining room suit. Of course, we DID NOT order from them. We were compensated in no way. I highly recommend you do not shop at Old Colony. The sale person Rick was a disappointment. The only person that seem to know what was going on was Fran, the receptionist. I even talked with the owner, and he was very nice, but nothing was accomplished!!

Very good service by Jason. Able to explore options and find a style that is not currently popular.

Great quality and selection Too pricey for me

My 84yo mother bought a $5000 chair in August of 2021. Was finally delivered broken in February 2022. To date April 22, 2022, we have yet to have a replacement swivel sent, although I have called every week since. My sweet mother still can't sit in her very expensive chair, as we continue to get the run-around "they said it was coming". I feel defeated for my efforts to correct the problem and that my mother has been scammed.

Purchased my sofa, ottoman, and lamps from Old Colony. The furniture quality is exceptional, and the sales staff go out of their way to make certain you are pleased with your purchase. Also, free delivery w/ in certain radius. My sofa was on sale--absolutely cannot beat the quality & price. This is definitely one of Greenville's best kept secrets.

This isn't about furniture it is about you driver in a white high top van on I85 near exit 11, whoever is driving it will kill someone due to his high rate of speed and going in and out of cars. He caused us to slam on our brakes and we have two small boys in the truck.

In this area they are the benchmark for quality. Good selection of american made furniture, from quality manufacturers. While quality does cost more, the years of enjoyment far outway your investment. A staff that is attentive, personal and not overbearing. Visiting and shopping there is experience we always enjoy. Besides I am a huge Stickley fan.

I found a unique leather sofa. You can smell the high quality leather. The delivery was according to the requested date and time. Too many steps to enter or exit Old Colony.
