I love, and I mean LOVE, Old Dutch White Cheddar popcorn. I buy multiple bags weekly. So it pains me to leave this negative review. But not sure I will ever buy again. This issue happened to me once before, about a month ago, and I just brushed it off because again, I love this stuff. But now, I'm concerned, and grossed out. The photos attached are from the bag I opened just today, 10/27/21. First concern....less than 1/2 the bag is full. But the most alarming issue?...what I found inside. What is this? 2nd bag now ....bought one month apart, had this chunk of "stuff" in it. Not a small chunk like a dice....but a chunk as big as the palm of my hand. Again....this is the 2nd time now that I've found one of these behemoth blobs of whateverness. Is it old cheese? Is it something else? I mean seriously.....no consumer wants to reach in for their favorite popcorn, while intensely watching a movie, only to grab onto a piece of something the size of a bar of soap. Old Dutch - I will gladly ship the bag and contents back to you, at your cost of course, for you to investigate.
I bought a bag of mesquite bbq they are so salty we can’t eat them I’ve had them before this is the first time they are bad l generally like there products these are bad for somebody with high blood pressure
Drivers delivering potatoes BEWARE Showed up at 9 AM for a 12 PM appointment. Apt time doesn’t mean anything here. Had four trucks in front of me and took 16 hours to get my trailer unloaded. They’re using you as storage because they don’t have the capacity to hold the potatoes they order for the day. Never again.
Very fast and friendly people if ur delivering flavored buckets for potato chips ull delivery on south side inside the garage door right near the railroad tracks and right wear the potato trailer is in the air SEE PIC u can ring buzzer or go to main office and tell them that ur here for delivery they will call someone to unload backing is tight and unloaded will watch u back in to make sure u don't hit oil rail tanker that inside that ull be parking next to SEE PICS there opened from 6 am to 4 PM no over nite parking and when backing in u can over the railroad track and do a hard u turn to back into the dock when backing in u have to on ur A game and be on the money when backing get as close u can to the yellow line on ur driver side door and that way ull be on dock straight and on the money
for semi trucker very nice all staff quick loading gave free snacks as well to try.
My wife and I have been eating your original chips for 70 years they’re great. Accept the last two times we have purchased them. They are not the same. What have you done ? Have you change potato oil or salt ? they are not good at all please go back to the way you made them for years.
Disgusting, scary stuff and wondering if I ate anything from this bag that was not a chip or potato of any kind..looks like fresh water fish filet seasoned with nacho cheese
old dutch restaurant style bite size premium tortilla chips. 13 oz. package full of rock hard chunks of what seem to be unformed chips terrible.
Over the last few years I've notice the slack in the seasoning on the chips especially the Dill Pickle, Bbq and Sour Cream has lack of flavor and I'm an all time fan since 87 when I could pick out my own chips. And the newer chips has more seasonings on them I Decided to try them one day can you please explain cause salt and vinegar, jalepeno cheddar has way more flavor .... PLEASE BRING BACK THE SEASONING WHERE I COULD LICK MY FINGERS FULL OF FLAVOR.
