I love the layout of this store. Fitting room is cleaned. The store is has a lot of selection and looks full. Really great prices. Customer service was great.
Yancy was very helpful! she helped me with a return, she went and try to find something that I was looking for and she answered some of my questions. She's a great cashier, others would've ignored me.
I've changed my review to one star because now there are self checkouts. People demanded higher salaries, people demanded better working conditions, people demanded Old Navy try to save money and treat people fairly. But of course this corporation will complain they have no workers and they will put in machines to replace them. I won't be shopping here much more as long as there are these emotionless, unhelpful, stupid machines that makes the consumer do the job of the employee. WE SAID TO PAY MORE NOT REPLACE PEOPLE! I HOPE MOST PEOPLE START TO NOT SHOP AT OLD NAVY UNTIL THEY REPLACE MACHINES WITH HUMANS.
I like the kids collections here a lot. Good variety and fabric. Mens shirts and t shirts were also too good.
The cashier was super sweet and nice. I clearance shop and the price was even lesser than the clearance price. I love a bargain. Will be going back before returning home.
The store is decent it looked a mess when I shopped there recently in the morning. I was very disappointed with staff watching my every move in the store. Everytime I moved it was some sales associate peeking or darting around a corner it was annoying. I didn't have any large bags, purse or anything that made me look shady. Everything was completely picked thru except the boys section where I was. The selection of boys t-shirts was nice and on sale. Girls area looked AWFULLY MESSY. Not much to pick from and no associate help to ask questions to. I felt very much spied on it made my whole shopping experience with this store very UNCOMFORTABLE to say the least. I did have a really nice young man as my cashier he was the highlight of my trip. He spoke and made eye contact, asked me questions and respected me not because of color or items I purchased. I felt seen by him and I appreciated that. The female manager and other associates were watching me like a foreign species. There was no checking on me, no help to find me anything just watching me. Going forward I will think twice about shopping here. I definitely didn't like how I felt or my watchful eye shopping experience. Not all blacks steal, or snatch n grab. I worked all my life and still do. My money spends the same as anyone else's. Too bad I didn't feel that during my trip. Sad thing I used to work for this company years ago and I like their clothes especially the fleece and flannel. Do better Old Navy Do better. This was at the Serramonte location: :
I had to dig; i was looking for cheap lounge clothes/joggers, and there's a great selection of clearance on the third floor but it gets pretty mixed up the sizes. Many fullpriced items end up in the clearance while many of the clearance items aren't marked as such; it's quite a process, taking everything to the price checker before u try it on. I found a few things but it felt like I was in there for hours! The place is a zoo, tho, and the staff is always very courteous. U can tell they work hard so Im giving them an extra star the overall experience rated a 3, but the staff deserves a 5 so I'm splitting the difference.
Nice store had good sales
Clothes are always affordable because their stock turns over quickly. 90% of the time, you just have to wait a couple weeks to buy what you like for 25-50% less. The other 10% of the time, you lose out because the item was popular and sold out. I always check the clearance rack because once in awhile I score something great for almost nothing.
We went for leggings for women. They had a decent variety of styles, but would've liked more colors. Because it was the week of Christmas, they put all their stock out. Only difficult thing was searching the deep rows for appropriate size since too dark too see.
