Nice clean store. Prices have continually creaped up, so it isn't always a good deal.
Great location with a large selection and friendly staff! Only negative is that it can be hard to find parking nearby at busy times.

Had over $100 dollars of returns. Nothing wrong was just not the right size for my child. No where did customer service state new policy as of May 1st that there was no store credit returns past 30 Days. Was 31 days when I went to return and was just told I was out of luck. Never have I ever heard of any type of policy. Not to mention the store didn’t care what so ever. Will never spend another dime with the store!! Por customer service and lack of communication!!
Great prices. Always have good sales and a huge clearance selections. Never disappointed.
The 5 stars is definitely not for the dang hundreds of dollars that I spend at this dang store! They get me every time. 5 stars is for Alan, Logyn, and Shelby. I truly appreciate your kindness today. Thanks for all you do!
Used to be an inexpensive store for casual clothes.
Young guy behind the desk stated the return is invalid because it’s been 30 days. Says online you have 45?? He then said give it to Goodwill they need clothes right now. ?? I can get an exchange ? A partial refund? Give it away to Goodwill? What?? Why so short of a return period. This is why other retailers have Old Navy beat!
Customer service was good. Store appearance was good, not looking like a rummage sale like it used to. Management turned lights/music off while customers were still in the store, checking out. Yes, it was time to close but in my 20+ years of customer service, you NEVER do THAT.
I just bought a lot of things on sale for good prices.
