Clean and organized store. Located inside Chicago Ridge Mall. Short walk if you enter through Kohls. Ample parking and quick check-out.
I loved that they had the most awesome clothes and they had enough in stock... I bought myself the most springly dress.
Old Navy still got it! Only place I could fine without a line out the door to get some school Uniforms! I ordered same day pick up and picked my sons uniform up right away! Super quick and easy!
I purchased some items online for my grandkids. Part of the order I could pick up, and the other part were being delivered. I picked up the items at the downtown location. I was in line, and still had to ask for assistance. When someone finally came, she gave me the bag, that was it. The next day the remaining items arrived. 1 item was missing. I called the store, after being on hold for almost 30 min. A manager answers and says, they didn't have that item in stock anymore, and that I wouldn't be charged. They could of, should of told me about the item when I picked up my order. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH NOW!!
Normally don't shop there was walking through the prices seem reasonable their clothing is not true the size so even if you shop plus size you have to try on the clothing or you'll be returning them.
Decent location with alot of apparel options for all members of my family. My complaint would be that there is always a long line to check out. Always. I've also grabbed items from areas where it was clearly marked for a certain price and then got to the register and it wasn't on sale. It's happened numerous times and it's annoying. Employees should be checking these types of things.
I absolutely love Old Navy. The only thing is that when you go there when they don't have sales or the clearance section it's could get very expensive but if you go in the clearance section you can find things as low as $0.47. I am not joking! I have got tons of t-shirts and blouses for as low as $0.47, $0.97, and a $1.50ish... The staff there is usually really nice and the stores always clean. The bathroom on the other hand is disgusting.

Horrible sales/customer service. Sorry, 2 girls were helpful and apologetic for all of their co workers. Coming in once and getting bad service and workers having a attitude, OK, we all have bad days. Coming in 2 - 3- 4 - 5 times and exact same service and attitudes is no longer a isolated incident, it's a trend. If I just walked away from a customer who was in mid question to go talk to my friends non workers, and it was reported to my boss AND my boss along with customer watched me do it to another customer, I would have been pulled off the floor immediately. I guess here you get a gold star. I have never heard so many employees tell customers how much they "Hate It Here" and " I'm quitting once another store hires me." Again I get that people have bad days. But again, this is a trend. You are told they no longer sell somethingsocks, and you ask another Old Navy if they have any left and they say YES it's Always in, and you do see it at this location again, yeah it's just what is accepted here. Posting negative gets me nothing. It's not where you feel better because you are burying someone. It's just a warning to any who go in and can't get what they need by themselves.
Maria the manager was unhelpful and straight up lied to me about not being able to do an exchange online. Old Navy sent me the wrong size and I tried to exchange it in store and was denied. I called customer service and they told me there absolutely was a way to do the exchange and then after customer service called the store- they finally agreed to do the exchange. Terrible customer service. Horrible employees. Learn to be solution focused and help your customers!
