I had purchased a nice pair of overalls on clearance but had to take them right back as I realize my friend looked at the size and instead of it being a 14 like I thought, it was a size 4! Lmbo......... Guess I got too excited and made a one hallucinating!

Great store, well organized and clean. Even though I was here for the $1 flip-flop sale, store had extra staff running standalone registers to get customers rung out quickly! Lots of staff on the floor cleaning up the apparel and helping customers! Kudos to the management of Old Navy they did a great job today!
Well-kept and organized. A good selection as always for Old Navy. I appreciated that the employees weren't breathing down our necks asking if we needed help. Great store!
My brother was able to get what he needed for school, which was 3 pairs of pants. The prices are crazy, the total ended up being $97 for them. There are better deals elsewhere. He loved what he got and that's what my star rating is mostly based on. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and their women's bathroom is clean too.
The atmosphere from the time you walk in was nice. From customers to employees everyone was pleasant. today is the 1$ flip flop sale and everything was smooth. I did get there about 9am but I was in and out 10 pair and check out was about 5min-10mins if you want to get out faster use a credit
I have been in this country for 13 years and for the first time a person with real customer service skills :Alyssa is very professional . She is so helpful and nice and respectful I was in shock she was greeting every customers in the shop and asking if people wanted help, she was going above and beyond to find prices, and items. She was everywhere helping customers. She told us they she was going to another store. And I told her that she was doing an excellent job. This store will miss a very skilled young lady. Everyone was very nice and even though I hâte steelyard I will return to they store. Kudos to this team you guys are the best. Good luck Alyssa in your new position
This store has amazing deals. Rating 3 stars because the Security guard at the front did not make the store feel welcoming. Was stared at and followed for the entire 20 minutes being there. Plus there was no cashiers at the front desk when it was time to check out.
As a new mom I'm not comfortable nursing in public. While visiting this store I asked a gentleman in the fitting area if I could please use their restroom to nurse and change my baby. It's currently closed due to covid but he said he would call a manager and ask if I could use the restroom. He said that the manager said no. So I asked if I could use a fitting room as there were no other customers using any of them. He said that I couldn't so we ended up leaving. I figured since it was a baby that needed to nurse and be changed and none of the fitting rooms were being used it shouldn't have been an issue. Definitely would not recommend this store to any new moms, especially moms who breastfeed.
