Tuxedo Junction

Wish I could say average, but not really. Quality of everyones attire was less than satisfactory, holes in shoes, missing buttons, old looking tuxes. Just very very worn. We got a deal, I guess, but were over charged a couple times, once that we asked about, person never even got their refund months later. Staff isn't on the same page. Not to mention, when my son's clothes and shoes accidentally got sent back with his tux, no one offered any real help. never got his stuff back, never was even offered reimbursement. It was our mistake that his street clothes were in the bag, an accident, but common. We caught our mistake within 24 hours. we contacted probably 6 people on a dozen different occasions in an attempt to get his clothes and shoes back. Half of our 6 guys had negative experiences at different TJ locations as well. Honestly, you can get more for your money elsewhere.

Very dissatisfied with the quality and the unwillingness to stand behind their product. My son had issues with this pants for a family wedding where they ripped and the belt broke PRIOR to the wedding. Regional manager was unwilling to provide any type of refund for the pants. Pretty bad when you won't even backup your product and make it right to the customer. I would never go back to this place again

Was originally excited about coming here for tuxedo's for my wedding, but they unfortunately didnt have what my fiance was looking for. So i called to get my $20 deposit back and they have been yanking my chain for three months. Still havent recieved my money back. Just called and they said an $11 check will be arriving "soon". why $11? I asked, and they said theres a $9 "cancellation fee" absolute garbage.

$141 for a tuxedo rental, and my pants ripped just from dancing at my brothers wedding. The manager didn't care about the quality or service of their product. No discount, refund or worse an apology from the store. I would never recommend this branch to anyone looking for an overpriced, cheaply made tuxedo rental.

Very friendly staff. Helped my son pick out a Tux with shoes for prom. Good selection on colors for tie and vest. Great sale going on as well.

My son had to change his fitting date at the last minute. They were very helpful and the tux looks great. I am very happy with their service.
