I placed my kids order for school themed wear back in April 2023 for home delivery. They operate Varsity Canada which supplies “spirit wear” to our school board. I left emails and voicemails and NO ONE has ever picked up the phone at the mobile number provided. Another parent also left a similar review and now I know why. As she had done previously, I will be contacting our school’s principal for assistance to move this up the chain and get a resolution. Only a few weeks left till the end of the school year and no response. Horrible customer service.
Rush Embroidery also operates Varisty Canada - which works with schools through GTA for their school spirit wear, here's my experience dealing with them: We ordered school spirit wear through Varsity Canada back in April 2022 through our school. Two shirts were not delivered and we were told it was backordered. We understand the pandemic created a lot of shipping issues, so we waited patiently until June, we reached out to the school regarding the missing shirts since school was closing for the summer late June, they weren't able to get an update, so I emailed them, no replies, called them, no one picks up, left voice mail, and no one calls back. Finally the principal was able to get a hold of someone and was told we need to wait till the end of the year. School restarted and they are doing spirit wear campaign again at school. I reached out to follow up again and still haven't hear back from them. I hope the shirt size still fits my kid. So beware if you ever order through them, there's zero customer service at this company.
Such an amazing experience getting custom-made hoodies with Rush Embroidery! The quality of the product far surpassed my expectations, and they were so great to work with. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for embroidery services!!
Nawaz is great. He made our company shirts with our logos and our team loves them. Thank you for your help. Very attentive to detail, sourcing our supplies during covid with a quick turnaround time was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend coming here.
Nawaz was incredible to work with and the sweaters turned out beautifully! They were such a hit with my team. I will definitely work with Rush Embroidery again in the future.
