I primarily shop here for my son's clothes. They always have great sales on kids clothing. Usually I shop online because that's where I find the best deals in stock. Occasionally I will do a pick up in store or have to exchange something. This Old Navy is located at Keizer Station. Parking is easy. The store itself has been clean and neat, so it's easy to shop. Customer service is good. The only reason for the missing star is I'm not a fan of the online return/exchange policy. Even if you are doing an even exchange for something the same price, they still have to return the item onto your card separately. Then you will have to purchase the item you are exchanging for. Being a mom who is already on a budget, I'm not always going to have extra funds available to cover the cost of my purchase a second time while I wait a few business days for the return to process. Yes, I do recommend shopping at Old Navy for sure. In store or online, it's always worth it!
It was nice. The cashier was very friendly. Just had difficulty locating our coupon. We left and just decided to pay before we had the chance. The employees had no idea how to access them either. Other than that it was great.
Would like to have given them a better rating, but clothes were all over the place, there was no rack to put clothes on when we came out of the dressing room - so we added to the mess, clothing was on hangers that weren’t sized correctly, so it was difficult to find clothing that was the right size.
Love, love, this store. For the longest time you had to get certain sizes through the internet. But O N has stepped up to the plate and made a home run!

It wasn't okay. Stop here, didn't find any clothes that we liked at our style, only reason it was a four-star. Not a five was the fact that all five store associates were just crowded around talking the entire time we were there and nobody was offering help or anything.
I went shopping here after work, but BEFORE everyone else got off work. There was no lines at the counter, the store was clean and orderly. What should have cost me $600 only cost me around $300. The young woman at the counter kept swipping coupons and saved me around $300 !! We then swung into Chick Filla and nestled down for the LONG wait......Go check out Old Navy !!
Old Navy is known for their simple style and we are not disappointed when shopping for basics. We had the good fortune to finds what we needed and a new pair of jeans. The floor staff was polite however the cashiers were abysmal. One of the 2 had no expression or apparent desire to be there and our cashier was more concerned with being cool than our service. It was one of the oddest Old Navy check out experiences.
I love old navy i shop here all the time, but the last few times the stuff i have been getting they were supposed to be on sale and they have been ringing up full price and one pair of jeans i got said 50% off and the cashier said oh it's only the bottom half. Really!! The sigh did not indicate that. Its been happening more and more.
