During my wedding mw was great. This time not so much. The lady was short and condescending. The shirt they sent for the rental didn't fit. So they brought a dirty shirt to try on. Could still smell colone from previous event. And that shirt didn't fit. So instead of wasting time I just bought a shirt. But the wouldn't take the rental that didn't fit off my bill. So is it a scam to get me to spend more money?
Men’s Wearhouse has always been easy to work with and nothing but professional and high quality. Quinton at the Keizer location was wonderful. We had trouble at another location and he was able to make it right. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable!

All the staff is great. Everyone that came in was welcomed and I knew going in what I wanted but know very little about fashion and suits. The guy that helped me never tried to get me to buy anything extra and had great suggestions for all the stuff I purchased. Very patient and professional, I 100% recommend this place if you’re looking for anything dress wear. Great selection of high quality things in their clearance section as well!
Okay, I actually vowed to never go back here about three years ago. I had the worst customer experience, like worse than cell phone call center bad. However, my recent sort of, I have no place to go situation led me here. I can't remember the young man's name, blonde kid, tall. Glasses. Super patient, completely professional and accommodating. He single handedly changed my opinion and desire to use this business in the future, in a very positive way.
Mens Wearhouse was many times better than expected. The service was great. The prices were great. As long as my pants are ready when promised, this couldn't be a better experience. Kudos to the staff. Still great! In and out without fuss! Can't go wrong.
Staff was very helpful. Promptly took my information, cross referenced with the wedding reservation and measured me. Made a few adjustments, approved by the bride, and the person who helped me made some great suggestions and was more than helpful in demonstrating it. Went smoothly and quickly.
