Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of instruments. It's always a pleasure visiting the Guitar Center in Keizer Station, when I am in the area.

So definitely stop here if your looking for a instrument. Their guitars and bass and so on were fully stocked. It was really nice to see because a lot of Guitar Centers these days haven’t recovered from covid and have empty shelves! To see this one full was a great! The employees were really cool and nice and wasn’t trying to push me into buying anything. Only downside is the amp selection sucked here.

Marty is the most BAD*SS employee here. We walked in and needed an adaptor for a keyboard. He walked us right over to where they were, explained which one we needed and helped us make our purchase. The entire time he was helping us he had a smile on his face. And what a great smile! We will definitely come back to this location. Give Marty a raise

Just shop local. Honestly, Guitar Center is going the way of the Dodo. There are a few friendly faces at this location, but mostly not very knowledgeable, especially about Pro Audio, Live Sound, Keyboards and Drums. They are increasingly not buying in any more used gear for very nonsensical reasons So their poor selection of used inventory is only exacerbated by an increasingly poorer selection of new gear. Just don’t shop here anymore. Support your local music stores Rivercity Rockstar Academy is a great choice, because the longer you shop here, the more it will starve out variety, local music businesses and help support a corporation that makes terrible business decisions, treats their employees as revolving doors and keeps stealing more and more of their commission and treats their customers and consumers as a means to sell insurance and meet sales quotas. Screw Pro-Coverage and Screw their corporate BS.

Friend ordered a kh 602 there, guy was a total boss and helped make sure everything was perfect. Thanks guitar center for coming through <3

Guitar center was awesome I spent about 2 hours in there just plain different guitars p it was a great experience I met a little boy and they're just learning I showed him a few chords and he was awesome at it he's going to be a great guitarist when he gets older at least that's what I think! I was in the acoustic room not more than a couple minutes when a gentleman open the door and asked if we needed any help which was awesome I couldn't reach a guitar I wanted to play and he helped me with the guitar to get it down and up buying that guitar 12-string reasonable price

My first trip in and I was very impressed with the help I received and the selection of products. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and took his time to explain the different guitar cases I was looking at. Really appreciated the phenomenal service. Definitely will return :-

Marty was very helpful guiding my kiddo to a suitable Epiphone guitar at a very reasonable price for a brand new enthusiast. They offer lessons on site, and you can play any guitar you want. No pressure sales, just lots of great information and help. Looking forward to the lessons soon!
