Went in to have mine and my husband's rings cleaned because its been almost 2 years since the last time. Not only were the two ladies very sweet, but they took their time doing the rings and made them look new again! What surprised me, was that they cleaned the rings free of charge, even though the rings weren't purchased from Kay! I will definitely be shopping at Kay for future jewelry needs after such a pleasant experience.
We have been trying to pick out a ring since December, we’ve gone in a few times to another Kay store, but each time I just felt overwhelmed and pressured into choosing a ring just to purchase one even by throwing endless discounts. We stopped at the Keizer Station store over the weekend just for fun, browsed and finally picked out a ring that fit and felt perfect, which wasn’t even what I originally wanted, I ended up picking a much less expensive ring, but it was “The One”. I really appreciated how Jim did not try to pressure us into getting something we didn’t want, and all the hard work he and Dave put in to finalize the sale, it was a great deal, and the coupons for a future purchase! These guys were great!
Customer service was amazing!!! The manager was vary helpful!!! Thanks for the amazing service your store gave us.. They definitely deserve a raise
The Keizer Station store is phenomenal. The manager and staff will do whatever it takes to make sure you get exactly what you want and get it on time. Put your trust in them. Damien and Kristen take your special occasion personally and will make sure you are not be disappointed.
My 25 year anniversary ring from my husband is beautiful. Ring sizing was very fast turnaround and less time than quoted. Upon picking it up, the representative offered to, and I gladly accepted, him checking the condition of my wedding ring. He checked the stone and prongs, buffed and cleaned it. I very much appreciated that extra service touch. This was excellent Customer Service experience. Thank you Kay Jewlers at Keizer Station!
Purchased a ring over a month ago, when I finally got it I wore it literally once and the diamond was gone! Went to the store to have it fixed. 2 weeks go by and I drove an hour to go pick it up and it still wasn't ready when told to pick up. Now I have to go back in 3 days and drive another hour to go get it. Ugh. #nothappy
My husband ordered me a wedding ring in a size 8 it was delivered to us and definitely not a size 8.. we brought it into this location and they sized it as a 7 1/2 I was explaining to the gentleman how it really ruined the occasion and he shouted " WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO ABOUT IT , YOU ORDERD ONLINE NOT FROM US" that wasn't the point. I explained I wasn't upset with him , I was just explaining the situation and he was so cold about the situation. We ended up returning a necklace and earrings that I planned to keep as well.. all because of that interaction. They have lost our business. We will go somewhere where we are treated as valued customers.
I know when I walk into Kay Jewlers Keizer Station I will get great customer service. Damien Nascimento and Kristin Kennedy always are such a big help when I need anything! I recently needed two rings sized so they didn’t spin on my fingers and they had a couple of great ideas! I worked in customer service for over 20 years and it’s important to me! If I could give Damien and Kristin more than 5 stars I would! I will continue to do my jewelry shopping at Kay’s Keizer Station! Kim Garner
Great store, very helpful staff. I will drive the extra miles up to Keizer to go to this particular store. Good selection, good about ordering things from online you find that is not in current inventory. Best Kay store.
They made a special exception for me to get my diamonds replaced even though I was a month late to bring it in for inspection! Their kindness probably saved me at least $100! I could not be happier with the service I received!
