Old San Juan Bakery

Family went to this bakery today, we all bought some pastries. Unfortunately, the pastries tasted old, the lady that took care of us had a nasty attitude AND didn't have a hair net on. Some Hispanic business owners' complain that "their people" don't support them BUT, not only are we greeted by your rude employees, but we also have to pay high prices for items that aren't fresh. Lo que separa a nuestras panaderias Puertorriqueñas de las demas es el servicio al cliente y lo fresco y delicioso de los antojitos Borincanos. Que está pasando?

They have the best sweet bread in town. They also make excellent sandwiches.

I give them 3 stars even though the sandwich was good but the wait time is by far ridiculous and the sandwich could’ve had more meat for how expensive they are

It seems that they never have bread or they sell 2 per costumer and it’s sad because the bread they make is good. You can see that they have bread in the back but if they sell it all they have to make more or will have to close for the day. Sad because the owner is a nice person.

I stopped in there for the 1st time and bought some canoli's. First the canoli's weren't any good, but decided to go back cause it reminded me of a bakery my mom used to take me wen I was little. The 2nd time bought a strawberry piece of cake and a chocolate one. They both tasted old., plus the lady in there has a nasty attitude. I never understood ppl that work in small businesses, u surely like my money though. Lousy service. Need professionals working. By the way...had to give it a star otherwise I would'nt be able to post.
