I live at Tower Two.  I’ve been here for almost 2 years now and I have had no complaints. The staff is great. The Concierge team are extremely kind, friendly and genuine. Also, Madison is amazing! Please speak to her if you consider coming to Tower 2. She always treats people with respect and her good hearted nature is contagious. Every conversation I have with Madison is always memorable because you can feel her sincerity.  This apartment has a friendly environment and the amenities are great! The outdoor pool is incredible. Last summer I was out there consistently with my family and friends and always had a blast. Old Town Park Tower 2 has been phenomenal.  I see the complaints and concerns during the pandemic. Everyone was struggling during that time, not just Old Town Park! It was a global pandemic and precautions needed to be taken. It was not a good time for many businesses, apartments and hard working people across America. I can truthfully say that in 2023 Old Town Park is a great place to live.

I moved in two weeks ago and could not be happier with how my move-in experience and first few weeks have been. Everything was seamless. Kyle worked diligently and was fantastic from my first conversation when I was considering Old Town Park up until our move-in meeting. Mo has been super friendly, welcoming, and able to answer all questions I’ve asked. She always has a smile on her face and greets me kindly at the front desk. The security staff has been pleasant. Erick and Traci have been very warm, welcoming, and helpful with setting up my package and application notifications. Gracie was prompt in assisting me with JustIN mobile which I appreciated. Finally, my roommate and I had a great experience working with Isabel as we were going through the application process! Everything from my usage of the freight elevator reservation, to guest parking for my parents, to my use of the amenities have been flawless. Thank you so much for welcoming me into your community; I am so happy to be here!

We have been living at OTP tower 2 for over a year, it has been an absolute pleasure having such an incredible concierge team! It makes my day coming home to their great energy and big smile. No problem is too trivial always happy to help. Special thanks to lovely Mattie, Diane and Carlton. You guys are  the best! Thank you for making us feel safe and at home.

The concierge staff is amazing. So professional and friendly, They are like family now. The leasing office is always there for anything I need and go above and beyond whenever I need assistance. And the maintenance staff responds almost immediately if an issue occurs, and are efficient as can be. I thoroughly enjoy living in Old Town Park Tower 2

This one is for our Old Town Park Tower 3 maintenance team. This team is lead by Mihajlo. We have lived in our unit for over 2 years. While we haven’t had many issues with the building, if we do, they are very quick to respond and resolve them. They are very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and have what they need. For example, we moved out this week and we had forgotten to take screws out of the wall where pictures used to hang. We asked if we could borrow a screw driver and someone came up and offered to do it for us.  Overall, the team is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. If we were moving out of state, we would have definitely stayed at Old Town Park! Highly recommend the building and huge shout out to maintenance! :

This place is horrendous. I live in tower one. Tower three is the best, but there are still plenty of better luxury apartments to live in around town, with proper management. When I first moved in, there were issues across the board with my unit. Clearly didn't do a proper move-out/in inspection after old tenants. Windows, floor boards and front door were broken. Paint wasn't properly done and unit wasn't clean. My freezer was broken when I moved in as well and it took multiple weeks for them to fix it. Maintenance people would tell me they would come back later with a part and never did. After keeping patience for 2 weeks, I started to get a little tight. Management failed to accept responsibility for the horrendous move-in condition and made excuse after excuse. Office turnover here is common, except for the two ladies at the top. Makes you think.... As for building one, clearly a remedial architect built the building. The pool is in the shade all summer long until about 3/4 pm. There have been 2 major instances with guns in the building. Management acts like it's no big deal. The sauna has been broken for weeks with a sign saying it's closed until further notice. When I asked the maintenance guy, after waiting a reasonable period, for an update he said there is no timetable.... Not surprised. All in all go live in another building. I can give you a list of better buildings that I have personally lived in or know people that have lived in.  This might be my first ever review on something, but it is well deserved. Also, I am a little bit bored on this Friday morning, so this helped past time.  Cheers.

I pay ~$9,000 a month in rent.  You’d think the result would be high quality of service. Such is not the case, sadly.  For example, although I might say “please call me to discuss” in a maintenance request, that will absolutely not happen. Scheduling ahead of time of by the maintenance staff?  Nope.  In summary: If you’re looking for nice cabinets, this place is great.  If you are looking for a place where someone will quickly and expertly fix the cabinet if it breaks, this is not the place for you.  If you don’t have time to call more than once for repair or you will be annoyed when it’s not done after three calls, again, it’s not the place for you.  Also, the new and seemingly illegal two guest limit at the pool is ludicrous.  — if I want to invite my friends and their children to come over and play with my daughter, I can’t, despite the fact that I’m renting a three-story townhouse for my family. Following writing this review initially, I complained about this issue to the building management. They granted me four additional guest passes so I could indeed have a family of friends over. But I am quite sure they did not extend the same courtesy to the other 11 townhouses.

So far so good! Just moved in to tower 2 and everything has gone very smoothly! Kyle & Eric from leasing are awesome, highly recommended! Kudos to Madison for her warm welcome and making my move in process as smooth as possible. I can’t say enough about the front desk staff as well, everyone I’ve spoken with is absolutely lovely and have been prompt to address any issues I needed help with during my move.  Super impressed with my apartment and the amenities as well, truly top notch! And I can’t wait for the cherry on top in a few weeks once the pool opens :

My girlfriend and I worked with Eric.  He made the process very easy and comfortable. We had decided to leave our last place due to poor management and needed to find a new place asap. Eric’s professionalism and swift actions helped us get into a place we really liked for a great price as well.  If you’re looking for a new place to call home give Eric and Old town Park a shot.

I recently went through the process of renting an apartment at Old Town Park and had the pleasure of working with Anthony Pfeiffer. He was very helpful and gave us a great tour of the units I wanted to see. He provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision about living in Old Town Park. Anthony was very informative, quick to respond to calls/emails, and made the rental process as smooth as possible. I recommend working with Anthony if you’re looking into living at Old Town Park.
