We went out to celebrate my brothers birthday and decided to give this place a try. The menu had the largest selection of drinks, I have seen before. We were greeted right away and seated quickly. The atmosphere was very positive and our server was patient with our "newbies" questions. Everyone loved their drinks, my dad couldn't stop raving about the pineapple lager. The presentation of my drink was fun and tasted delicious. My brother was thrilled about their fried pickles and our food arrived in a timely manner, especially with how busy they were. My burger was not made as I ordered, but the kitchen was quick to make a correct one and even though I had to take it home to eat, I didn't mind. The drink was so good and you could see that the staff was working as quickly as they can. My burger did taste good when I re-heated it at home. I told co-workers about their happy hour specials and I look forward to coming back and enjoying another night out. Well worth the parking lot struggle.
Very nice restaurant and very classy. Came here on a Sunday night and even though they were pretty busy they still had tables available for walk-in and guests that haven't made reservations. Service was great, friendly, kind.. food was amazing and delicious. We did have salads but those salads had a lot of flavor and were very tasty. Music was great and not too loud. Lighting was dim and created a perfect atmosphere. Just an amazing place!
Yes!!!! Not a big brunch guy but this place is great. I highly recommend getting the flight of Mimosas. They hit the spot! The breakfast was amazing. Everything on my plate has such a great flavor. The service was perfect specially with all restaurants being short staffed. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. It’s a must try in oak brook.
Friendly staff. There was a communication error with the chief getting our order so we were sitting long enough to notice. Waitress was very busy that I had to wait to see her and get a water refill. After we spoke with staff service got better. I would give them a try again. Kid-friendliness: Clear path ways in case running. Parking: There was fair parking spots.
Chose this place out of the massive lists of options at the Oakbrook Center. We were easy to get a table on a Saturday night with just a 20 minute wait for 4. I had a hard time deciding what salad to go with, but went with the steak and was pleasantly surprised. My son loved his sirloin entrée. the fish and chips honestly had a great flavor and would recommend. Bacon cheeseburger was a favorite of the tables when my daughter couldn’t finish. Next time I will try the Ahi tuna tacos. Great beer selection as well of course!
They have good happy hour specials. The shareables with little "h"s in the front are included in the happy hour. We enjoyed the beers and the food queso dip, buffalo chicken dip, kung pai cauliflower with shrimp, potato flatbread, and the rigatoni. Its a good place for a casual dinner night.Food: 5/5
Stopped for lunch with my boyfriend and 8 month old at the time since it is near Elmhurst Hospital and we're visiting family. Since it is located at OB Mall the parking can be difficult, but that's normal for this location in general. They have parking in front, if you can find a spot or park by Neiman Marcus and take the stairs down. This place is great for lunch, dinner, casual night with friends or date night. We felt comfortable as a family to have the baby during lunch too. It is a fun, relaxed atmosphere, yet upscale. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and attentive! We were greeted right away and seated quickly. We were offered indoor or outdoor on their patio. During the nice weather, they do open the large window/door that separates the patio from inside. They have a large selection of drinks and good selection for food. Flight options as well! We enjoyed our drinks and their appetizers and our meal very much. For appetizers we tried their Buffalo shrimp and cheese curds. The cheese curds were good, fried to perfection, but the Buffalo shrimp was definitely our favorite. It is crispy jumbo shrimp, with fresh bleu cheese crumbles, and bleu cheese dressing with buffalo sauce. If you like blue cheese I HIGHLY recommend this appetizer. For entrees, I ordered the chopped salad. I know super basic, but it was so delicious i even ordered one to go! Again, I am blue cheese lover and I tasted it in every bite. Even the portion of avocado was great! My boyfriend tried the Pour House Burger. It was a good dish to have for lunch and the giant dill pickle was our fav.
Geno was our waiter and was absolutely fabulous. Friendly, split our lunch between plates for us without us having to ask, and even helped obtaining a drink recipe from the bartender. Excellent birthday lunch in between shopping!
Went there Sunday morning around 11am for brunch. We got a table right away and my fiancé and I each ordered a flight of mimosas. They were delicious! I got a breakfast BLT and it was so much food! But also tasted great. The service was friendly and quick. We do not live very close to Oakbrook but will visit again next time we are in the area.
Our bartender cut off a LOUD DRUNK and kicked him out : This is a good upscale bar with large selection of beer, some wine and simple cocktails. Dinning room area is big enough to bring a date, a large family or party with group of friends. The bar is pretty long with 30-40 bar stools. We have been here before and burgers here are great but this time we stopped in for few drinks and appetizers. The pulled duck nachos are my FAVORITE appetizer here. Good size to share and comes with plenty pieces of duck meat and a generous amount of wonton chips. Jordan was one of the bartenders working behind the bar during our visit and the poor girl had to deal with a rowdy DRUNK dude who didn’t want to leave after getting cut off. She handle the situation very well especially since we later discovered they don’t even have security to handle these types of customers. This restaurant is part of the bottleneck group. I highly recommend using their APP to earn point that unlock discounts on future dinner purchases.
