Came here yesterday for dinner with my wife and had a great experience! It has been very hard to find great customer experience these days but Olive Garden is the best I’ve seen in a long time, our waitress was Julia and she was extremely quick, professional, helpful and came to us with the best personality! The manager was very professional and doing a great job on her staff! The food had amazing flavor and was cooked to perfection. I recommend the 5 Cheese pasta, five stars for me, I’m a new regular here!
Food was amazing at this location. Such a nice area in California as well. Service was good, wine was good of course! Go give them a visit when you’re in the Thousand Oaks / Calabasas area!Food: 5/5
It was another great experience at Olive Garden. My husband loves Olive Garden, so we go to many. We had about a 10 min wait. We had great service. Our waiter got our order correct, brought out any extras we asked for, and provided quick and efficient service. The hostess was also very good. She gave friendly, clear directions.Food: 5/5
It's a very noisy restaurant, often with little tiny humans screaming. I've asked really kindly, on a few occasions, that my friend and I are seated somewhere far from others. I've even said that when tipping, I'll definitely consider the server going out of their way for us, and that slow service is fine. They've only accommodated this request once, and even then right on the opposite side of the half wall is an unhappy tiny human. We haven't been back since the third time of seating us in a filled room despite the request. The food is already frozen proteins, or reheated sides, and very overpriced. We've tried returning a few times over the past 2 years and it's been the same terrible experience. Kids are wonderful, I love them, but you have to admit that if you want a quiet dinner in public, you're not going to want to be seated next to that table for dinner. They should have at least one server stationed in the back third room at all times. Kid-friendliness: Too friendly.
I have not been to an Olive Garden in a while. This one was excellent! The service was great. The food was hot and delicious. I ordered the soup and bread sticks because they are my favorite. My husband got the eggplant Parmesan. He said it was how he remembered Olive Gardens used to being you know before they became meh.. We had our 3 boys with us and they loved their food also. It has been a while since we could say we loved Olive Garden. This Olive Garden made us lovers again!!! Kid-friendliness: The waitress kept our 7-year old in mind. Asked him questions like an adult. Made him feel special.
Extremely attentive staff when I visited with my dad and wife yesterday Saturday night. The place was busy but the level of attention we received was so outstanding it was notable to the members of my family. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce, wife had the chicken Parmesan, and my dad had the soup and salad. Our drinks were refilled quickly, the waiter was really friendly, and more than one staff member was paying attention to our table to address any needs before we called for them. Great visit! My wife loves OG so I have a great reference to measure against here with other OGs and this one stands out!
After a really long day at the dentist and sitting in what seemed to be forever traffic we stopped at Olive Garden for dinner. Ordered a simple meal, soup and salad I’m absolutely love their breadsticks Had their all you can eat soup and salad. The Italian salad was basic,ok and soup delicious. You can choose different soups each time but I love the chicken and gnocchi soup. To my surprise my first bowl had plenty of chicken and one gnocchi. ‍ After finishing the first bowl I put it to the end of the table so the waiter would know I was ready for my next bowl. The waiter came by and spoke to the guests behind me then went to the gust in front of me and asked how they where doing then proceeded to the kitchen Waiter came out again and basically did the same thing , by this time I’ve been sitting there awhile with no soup. Finally all smiles he comes and asks if I want more soup, I asked him to please make sure there is gnocchi in the bowl as there was only one. In great expectation when I get my bowl of soup I dive in. Only three gnocchi really. Then why call it chicken which there was plenty of that and gnocchi In which you had to ask for it and still not get much. What a disappointment.
My mom took me here for my birthday lunch. We were seated right away, we had a charismatic waiter. We ordered the soup & salad with breadsticks and Neverending Alfredo sauce....yummy! Had a nice lunch with my mom sharing a piece of Tiramisu which was amazing! It's always a great meal and great visit.
My wife and I had our first date here and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The GM Adam is also very attentive and makes sure you are well taken care of. It truly is a wonderful experience everytime we go. The food is always delicious. If you are looking for a place that has amazing food as well as service, this is it. My wife and I will continue to keep going here without a doubt.
Tonight was our nephews birthday and the day before my 21st birthday so we decided to eat at Olive Garden what else is there to do in thousand oaks lol. Everyone from the host to our waiter to the culinary manager was fantastic. We were well taken care of. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and everybody was smiling. Florencio, our waiter, was phenomenal. He was attentive, kind, funny and really made sure we enjoyed our experience. He was also patient as well. Kudos to Florencio, and the rest of the staff for great hospitality! :
