Tonight my boyfriend and I arrived around 9. They close at 10. Employees were still super friendly.. Joy was our server. One of the best I I've had. I've always had great service at Olive Garden . The eggplant parmasama was the best I'd ever had. Best chef on 4/30/2023. I'll be back. I had stopped coming so often, but tonight the restaurant outdid themselves. I'll be back.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience from start to finish at Olive Garden, Cape Girardeau, MO! From the friendly greeting and genuine warmth and kindness of our hostess, Hannah, to the excellent wait staff service we received from Matt who went above and beyond the call of duty with his smile, greeting, introduction of himself, and over-the-top service, including making a great recommendation for a specific soup that he likes. I tried it, and I felt exactly the same way as Matt! Great staff, great service, superb food, and the price was definitely worth everything we paid and then some!!!: Parking: There was plenty of handicapped parking right in front of the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Although we don't use a wheelchair, the doors and seats all appear to be ADA compliant.
It was good as usual it can be loud sometimes if the place is busy my daughter loves it but can not handle loud places So we try to go when it is not busyFood: 5/5

The only thing we had a problem with was the bartender couldn't get me a draft beer. I waited a good while, the food came out shortly after they offered me a different style of drink. The training waitress was awesome though.Food: 3/5
She didn't refill we would have to ask few times to get what we ask for.. have been server myself most of my life. Customer serves is important. Eat there at least 3 times a month. Always have great services. Yesterday was just bad Kid-friendliness: Need more parking Parking: To many pickup parking spots, not enough dine in parking
I stopped in for lunch special. The hostess sat me down quickly. Waitress was right there taking my order and brought it out to me soon. She glanced over to look at my plate and asked me if I needed a refill. I got my second bowl before I ate the last of my first bowl. Took my credit card and had me out the door within 25 minutes. Make sure your tip your waitress they work hard for you
Our waitress was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Great atmosphere and highly recommended this restaurant, especially if you're just passing through!
