We were told there would be a 30 minute wait to be seated. We decided that would be fine and waited. We continued to wait well past 30 minutes and when we walked back up to the desk, they had "no record" of our name on the wait list... luckily one of the hostess rembered us and was able to get us a spot. Dinner was fine, our entrees arrived as expected. After our meal we ordered dessert, and waited another 30 plus minutes. We only got our desserts because we flagged down our waiter... and he asked if he could "just throw them in a box" to go...
Great service, I enjoyed the salad and lasagna. The meat sauce was really good.Food: 5/5
Went to dinner yesterday, very impressed with the remodel and food. Not impressed with server, Andrew, as he appeared to be drunk on the job. Andrew was very over-the-top and I could smell alcohol on him when he took our orders. Eldest daughter mentioned she overheard him say he was as well while she was walking to the bathroom. Very disappointed, as this restaurant used to have more standards. Asked the lady at the front for HR's number but she did not know it, and management appeared to be busy. I will not be returning as this place is not kid-friendly anymore.
First of all, I’d like to say I’m obsessed with the Gnocchi soup I recommend dipping the breadsticks in it. I also ordered the grilled chicken cheese stuffed tortellini. The tortellini was so soft it melted apart while eating. Very good and the sauce was too. I don’t eat salad but my partner swears the sauce is the best had. We also have always loved their margaritas. Best I’ve ever had, strong but tasty and smooth. We also didn’t have to wait forever for our drinks, they came a few minutes after being seated. We were welcomed coming in, and our waitress was very attentive. Although we did have to ask for breadsticks, they were not brought with our soup and salad. Our waitress even put our food in our to-go containers. When we were leaving we were also wished well by the staff. For a busy location we were surprised by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff.
The server did a terrific job. She checked back often enough to take care if everything, but not so often as to make a nuisance of herself. Food came out piping hot and very quickly too. Desserts looked great but we were just too full to partake.Food: 5/5
My friend and I had the pleasure of being served by Jazz! She was such a joy! She was so genuine in her interactions with us, perfect service that accommodated both our dietary needs and she remembered them throughout our meal and never skipped a beat in her service. This restaurant is lucky to have this southern gem!Food: 5/5
First and foremost, Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. I try to stop at Olive Garden whenever I find one because the food is usually amazing. I stopped in this location in Bloomington and it was not up to expectations. The service was horrible. Outside the person who greeted us coming in and one of the three employees sitting near the door visiting with each other, there was not a single piece of evidence they wanted customers. The waitress/server ignored us three separate times. First, we ordered a chicken Alfredo and got fettuccine Alfredo instead. We didn't complain. It happens. My son said he did not want cheese on his soup and she put some much cheese we were a bit put off. Our final issue was her overall rudeness. I get that jobs can be rough. We can all have a bad day. I just didn't feel like we were wanted there and for the price we paid it was a terrible experience. The bread sticks were hard as the bricks used to erect the buildging. I will not eat here at this location again.
My son, Steve, and I had a wonderful dining experience there. Mia was our foodserver and she was bright and cheerful in taking our order, and very prompt and attentive to all of our food needs! We had the never-ending soup and salad, and Mia kept us well-fed to be sure. When I return to the Minneapolis area I will definitely visit this Olive Garden Italian Restaurant again for a sumptuous meal!
Katie our server tonight was amazing this woman went above and beyond for us and our entire section, absolutely adored her. I never had to ask for anything she was always so quick. I honestly thought she must've been management because the service was just that good. Will 100% be dinning at this location again because of her.Food: 5/5
Our server Jeramy was absolutely amazing! He was super nice and had a fun collection of different colored pens that just kinda made me smile. Probably my favorite Olive Garden just because of our server!Food: 4/5
