We paid for a name plack and vase over 5 months ago and it is still not installed. They will not return my wife's calls to explain why!
Visited my family members who passed away a few years ago. The cemetery grounds are well maintained.
The burial was beautiful. But 5 months have passed and the grave marker that is included in my preneed hasn't been completed. I was told come in and we'll finalize the order. So when I do...no one can help. It's only by appointment only. Isn't that convenient. I have been texting the person who had been helping me and no response for about a month! You guys need to clean up your act CYPRESS olivet. Thanks for making it pretty, but come on! Do your jobs! You're worst than lazy county workers!
My only problems with Olivet Gardens is where they have the handicapped ramps and the ladders for the upper niches. Rather than have the ramps on the South side of the section across from the military section where the roadway is wider, they have it on the North side where the road way is considerably narrower and risker to load or unload a wheelchair . As for the rolling ladders, they can be a effort for even a able bodied person to move. And there's only one per section, so if someone else has to use it they have to wait until concluded. Otherwise the place lovely and the staff was extremely helpful when I had to bury my wife of 40 years. Lastly, they were very generous when I decided to arrange for my own internment. Now four years later and I'm just about paid it off.
Whoever is taking care of this cemetery should be ashamed of themselves. The grass is completely overgrown and the weeds have almost turned into bushes. It was so upsetting to go to put flowers on my grandparents gravesite and see how they resting place looked.
This is THE worst site Ever!! The grounds are unkept. On One Of The Most Important Days Of Year Mother’s Day. The groundkeepers are cutting the grass really ??? Headstones molded mildew !! The lawns are dry they look like hay !!! Horrible
As someone in the services industry, it's disappointing to see service providers running a business so unprofessionally. Not a single employee at Olivet/Cypress Lawn shows any common courtesies or is remotely accountable for their fundamentally unacceptable behavior.
Slightly disappointed when bringing my dad to his mother's grave site. Very over grown and didn't look like area had been tended to on a while. Water spout wasnt working either. Tomb stone was shifted off base. Hopefully next time we visit it will be better
Hands down the most unempathetic, unprofessional, incompetent, and discourteous individuals to run a business. Completely unacceptable in any context, but even more so given the services or lack thereof being provided.
My uncle and aunt's grave stone was covered in grass and almost impossible to find when family went to visit. This man was a WWII vet buried in the military section. Family does not live close, but does visit when possible. This is unacceptable.
