One Life

I love my OneLife family! It was such a positive experience every step of the way. Not only did I hit my goal weight, but I learned healthy habits to ensure lifelong success. I'm a happier, more confident person and for the first time in a long time I feel comfortable in my skin. I also love that my daughter will grow up with parents setting good examples of how to live a healthy lifestyle. And by that I don't mean eat boring, flavorless food for life. But know when to indulge, when to skip it and understanding that balance.

This is the last place you'll have to go to lose weight! I promise! Dr Haynes has it all figured out and has simplified his personal diet system for us to use. I don't know why he isn't TV famous, he's that good at what he does. I had to stop going because he was too far away from my work and home that I get stuck in the heavy traffic. Dr Haynes. Please open another clinic in San Diego! Right now I'm going to another place but they don't even compare.

I've been wanting to lose that belly fat for years now and finally bit the bullet and went to One Life based on a friends recommendation. Have been on the program for 3 weeks and I'm down a size! Yay! I feel great too and am making much better food choices. It just makes you more conscious about food portions and selections. It's a great program and I highly recommend it!
