It has been a wonderful experience living at One University Circle for the past 12 months. You guys made my arrival into a new country absolutely amazing! I cherish all the great moments I had living here. The manager, Shana, is a wonderful person! She is one of the kindest and most understanding people I have met. The concierge staff are some of the most helpful and caring people I have ever met. The amenities are of top notch quality! You can find everything you need for a luxurious living experience. It was my utmost pleasure to live here for the time I was in Cleveland.
This apartment is so nice, and I lived here for a year. The best around the Great Lakes region. Despite being a bit expensive, it is certainly worth the price. Compared to the housing in Chicago and Toronto where you can barely find an affordable housing near campus at all, it is not expensive at all, given the services provided at OUC. Especially, the hot drinks provided on the 5th floor for free is impressive. The front desk staff LaTonya and Tina are very nice and kind.
One University Circle claims the spotlight as a leading residential address in the area. The superb efficiency in addressing maintenance requests, greatly aided by the dedicated staff and a user-friendly app, is truly praiseworthy. Tina, Coco, LaTonya, and the rest of the concierge team regularly go the extra mile, always welcoming me and my dog with open arms, making this building feel so much more like home. It might come with a heftier price tag compared to other options around, but the top-tier quality and extensive range of amenities it offers more than justify the expense. The pool, fitness center, business center rooms, lounges, and the dedicated dog areas are all maintained to the highest standards. Honestly, I'm a little heartbroken to leave because a place like this is hard to find. The living experience was so great that I've decided to move into another Village Green building. I can't recommend One University Circle enough, especially for dog owners who will love the pet-friendly environment. What sets this building apart is its fantastic location, perfectly placed amongst renowned landmarks such as the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and Case Western Reserve. The neighborhood feels considerably safer than many others, a sentiment bolstered by the building's round-the-clock concierge service, nightly security, and the use of key-fobs to access different parts of the building. If you're on the lookout for a residence that combines comfort, safety, convenience, and a warm community spirit, One University Circle ticks all the boxes.
I am a new resident at One University Circle; which is the best decision I made!! I am so happy and impressed about everything this community has to offer!!! Most importantly the manager Shana, assistant manger Jill, and leasing agent Alli all went above and beyond helping us every bit of the way from the application process to move-in making it an easy and stress-free process. They say first impressions are everything which is absolutely true; the moment we walked in we were greeted by the warmest, nicest, and most welcoming concierge by the name of Latonya who is truly awesome she is an Angel and was one of our reasons for choosing One University Circle. I honestly can recommend it to anyone who is interested in a safe, beautiful, welcoming, and upscale apartments that puts its residents first.
My experience with the staff, particularly Jill, has been nothing but positive. She is really welcoming and has a lot of valuable knowledge! One University Circle stands apart from most because of the atmosphere and care for building a community for the residents.
Update: I appreciate the difficult position management are in since they need to fill the apartments and can't discriminate based upon age, but renting to problematic children whose parents have deep pockets is an issue. They create the most issues for you, your staff, and your loyal, rule-abiding tenants. Our whole family came out to Cleveland after my grandson was accepted for residency in the city. We looked at various apartment buildings downtown and near his hospital, and while we felt the most comfortable with One University Circle, this quickly shifted after he moved in. While management was always professional and the maintenance staff was first rate, the actual issue resides with the "who" they are renting to. Each time that we visited and stayed inside the apartment, there were loud parties, students drinking and partying in the hallways and on balconies; also a lot of raucous in the elevators. Yes, we called the security lady downstairs but little could be done and the undergraduate students who live in the building do not listen, are indifferent to fines, do not respect the property, or care about their neighbors. If I had known that undergraduate students could live in this building while their parents pay their $3k rent, we would have insisted on our grandson living elsewhere. Who needs to be up all night? Who wants to listen to loud music and banging on their walls at all hours? This is what you get when you're surrounded by students. It was miserable and we experienced it directly as guests on multiple occasions; this occurred even during the week sometimes. I can't recommend this property for fellows, residents, or physicians. As I previously mentioned, management was wonderful and maintenance staff were fantastic, but they were not the issue. This is a problem that most would not even consider, since his two bedroom apartment cost more than my mortgage. Please consider your options if you're trying to find quiet and peaceful housing for a loved one who is a working professional.
I had an amazing experience with Allison. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and all of its perks to calling one university home. The staff was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend taking a visit!
The staff at OUC is outstanding. Special mention is in order for the concierge team who are responsive, super helpful and always go the extra mile to make us comfortable. Coco & LaTonya are terrific! Thank you.
Amenities are fantastic, apartments spacious and finishes high quality. Staff is amazing from concierge to maintenance. Truly feels like home and I would live here longer if I could.
We've loved living at One University Circle. Wonderfully located, right across Wade Lagoon and the Art Museum. Quality of construction is excellent, with wooden flooring and superior furnishings. Management is top-class! Jill in the leasing office is super prompt and professional. Front desk staff are so welcoming and helpful. Truly a great experience living here!
