Really wanted to give these guys a second chance, I tried to order from them TWICE. Had a truly terrible customer experience with a lady named Cela chel-la who just didn't care. I suggest you take your business elsewhere, it's not worth the trouble. Good luck.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. Placed an order and after 3 weeks of not getting a single update, I began email their customer support. To date, I have not received any response at all. I called multiple times beefier getting a person on the phone, he was unknowagable and spoke like a teenager. Apparently they were out of stock on the item I ordered but didn't think it was important to let me know that, they figured they would just keep my money and hoped of forget about my order. I cancelled the order and am still waiting for my refund. Will NEVER order anything from them again.
This company provides great customer service. I’ve ordered from them before and am a long-term customer that will keep coming back!
