We as residents of the Franklin Arts Center get to live and breathe as a community of artists in close proximity to one another. We are grateful to be surrounded by such a support system, and seek to use Open City Gallery as a vehicle to extend that opportunity outward. Our mission is to connect the creators, makers and thinkers of the greater Brainerd Area and erect a new landmark for which to gather around and lift the community.
