Whether you have a nourishing practice or simply just beginning with yoga, I offer my classes to you. My passion for health is rooted in the healing properties of the body. I’ve had the opportunity to experience the efficacy of Chiropractic, Nutrition & Mindfulness since birth. It’s this knowledge I integrate with yoga – mindful, purposeful movement – and wish to pass on in order to help others. An incredible yogini, and one in which I was fortunate to study with, often says, “All we can offer is to teach from our own experience” and that’s exactly what I offer to you. So come laugh, sweat and breathe. You might just experience some opening along the way!
In my classes, yoga isn’t about touching toes, conquering a pose or wearing a fancy outfit. It’s about the breath. Focusing on the breath enables us to quiet our minds & open our hearts.
