Oral Surgery of Erie County

Our daughter had wisdom teeth removed and Oral Surgery of Erie was amazing. From the initial greeting at the front desk, through the assistant that remained with her...I could not ask for more reassuring employees. They treated our daughter like she was their child and were the most professional medical employees that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kudos to the entire team and please continue to keep up the good work. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you again!

Heads up everyone if you have military insurance go elsewhere they do not accept it. I'm sure there are other surgeons in the area that would love to help our folks that serve.

I'm surprised by some of the negative comments on here regarding Dr. Simmons' 'bedside manner.' I had to have a tooth pulled so I went through a consultation and then had the tooth pulled today. On both occasions, I found that he and his assistants were extremely nice and did their best to alleviate my concerns. Everyone, from the Dr. to the office staff, all seemed great to me.

Nothing but great things to say about Dr Simmons and his whole staff!! They were outstanding. Never did I sit and wait anywhere for more than 5-10 minutes before either a nurse or the Dr was in to see me. Made sure I was OK every step of the way. The nurse was fantastic! Very nice polite and I truly felt I was in good hands.. I even got a next day follow up call just to make sure I was OK. That's never happened before. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone!! My mother also raves about Dr Alonge as well!! Keep it up guys. It's good to see not all is lost in this world.

This office has been absolutely wonderful! Their front office staff made scheduling very easy and they were able to get me in very quickly! Dr. Simmon's and his nurse, Kelly, were fantastic, they were so caring and compassionate. The whole office certainly went above and beyond! They explained everything to me prior to the procedure and made sure I didn't have any questions before proceeding. I had no discomfort throughout my entire surgery. I would highly recommend this office!

I had a very great experience with Dr Simmons and his team. I was very nervous about getting an IV done and they took amazing care of me. Amazing support and service!

I don't understand how Dr. Simmons still has a career. He blames his mistakes on patients. I've seen multiple dentists based on my income throughout my lifetime, and Mr. Simmons is the highest paid with the least skill. I've experienced dentists who care, and those who prefer the paycheck. Dr Simmons is the only one who got angry that I felt pain. I kept crying while he was telling me it was in my head. When he finally figured out that my tooth infection was washing away the novacaine, he said it was my fault for not using the "right" words to describe my pain.

Dr. Simmons explained everything he was doing step by step. The entire team was professional and kind. I would highly recommend Oral Surgery of Erie to anyone needing a extraction.

My 17 year old daughter just got all wisdom teeth out. We are on day 4 and she has breezed thru it. The office called to check on her and called right back when i had a question .
