Worse place in Erie Pa, if you own a business you should manage it. No phone to call for appointment, the phone is out of service and stopping in to make an appointment Is insanity. So my point is this if they can't run the phones and front desk what makes you think they can the back office . They rush you around and don't have the time to clean the rooms until you complain.

I’ve been going here for some years now and I’ve never had an issue. But now it’s like something has suddenly changed. I used to like this place but for the last 3 months I’ve been trying to get ahold of them to transfer my records since I have moved out of state. It should not be this hard. I call multiple times in a row and after about 5 tries, they started sending me straight to voicemail, the phone wouldn’t even ring! This is crazy. What happened to this place??

Would give no stars if that was possible. Dentist is extremely impatient and rude. He cursed at his patient who was visibly nervous and asking for some grace, absolutely the worst “bed side manner” I’ve ever seen.

If I could give negative stars I sure tf would!!! I originally scheduled my kids back in October and then the first snow fall snowfall not snow storm there’s was barely anything they call me morning of to tell me their dentist is snowed in, than they had an appointment scheduled for December that they told me they scheduled on a different day than what they had actually scheduled so we missed it cause they didn’t give us our reminder call either, and after that the supposed next appointment wasn’t/ isn’t scheduled til March 29th m, I’ve now been Mcallin every day 10-20 times A DAY and don’t get an answer don’t get a call back and this is the sane dentist who made my dentures wrong so much so that they don’t even fit in my mouth properly and the. Told me it wasn’t on them if I wanted them remade I needed to pay out of pocket since insurance only covers 1 pair every ten years Amit’s now been 4/5 years since the. And I still don’t have dentures and I am still calling currently even while typing this and am still not getting an answer and have no clue if my kids are actually scheduled or not

Dentist refused to fill my sons cavity stating he was too nervous even though he didn’t show any signs of this. This cavity was huge and next to the nerve. His first cavity . She referred him to a specialist in Slippery rock ,that had a wait time of several months. Paid out of pocket for another local dentist who fixed it no problem . They will not schedule cleanings . You can not call in and contact anyone .

Will trying to over x-ray you & dentist Will drill your teeth down more than they need to be drilled Also the red-headed dental assistant will start to drill the wrong tooth and try to mess your teeth up more causing my voices constantly tell me to murder them & they still tell me to do so to this very day...i haven't done it yet so they started reminding me about how these ppl clearly would treat me bad the way they have been so I should just do what I need to do to However they're not the only ppl that have been mistreating other in the medical field so I it like groups of ppl are doing terrible things to others & telling each other to do the same

Fix the phones please it goes to say that the voicemail is not set up & then hangs up on you Never for the past 7 months can I get a hold of somebody I had to go in to be able to talk with someone There is definitely something wrong with the phone

I’ve been coming here for years & while I’ve never had a problem with the practice, I’ve been keeping my patience for the last two weeks and I’ve had it!!! For 2 weeks ive called & called & NO ONE EVER PICKS UP. I had to call at least 7 times repetitively the one time just so they can tell me the next appointment available would be 4 months away. Super frustrating & completely unprofessional.

For years I had cleanings here, but now their phone system doesn't work and when it randomly does it just goes to vm and no one calls back. I've tried to get through for months. This place went downhill.

The employees here have always been nice but while I was in the waiting room my daughter was getting treated a young male employee came out to the bathroom to unclog the toilet and loudly said “Jesus Christ” and the f word for all in the waiting room to hear. I get that it wasn’t the greatest task to be doing but I found that very unprofessional. Inappropriate.
