Answering the phone would be nice when the customer can't get there to talk with you. Package was dropped in the lobby box two days ago as Priority mail and still has not been scanned in. Why isn't the lobby box being checked and emptied on a daily basis?
Didn’t catch his name but the the male worker is always extremely nice and never hesitates to help out whenever I am dropped off multiple packages. Five stars to him and hats off to him for great customer service!
I actually look forward to my weekly trips to the Orange City post office. Waleska and Freddie are amazing. I usually have anywhere from 5 to 30 packages to mail weekly. Both Freddie and Waleska always assist me with a smile. They are both so kind, fast and extremely knowledgeable. If I need help or have a question they never hesitate to help and always go above and beyond. I live directly across the street from the post office where I live but chose to drive quite a way to go to this particular post office. Mostly because of consistent customer service I receive which is ALWAYS friendly and fast. I really just can't say enough good things. Please keep up the great work. You are appreciated!!!! 5 Stars to my favorite post office and Freddie and Waleska!!!

I prefer to go to this post office because they work fast & is less crowded. That DeLand post office is always crowded & Deltona they move like molasses
Continuously disappointed in the level of service this institution provides. Maybe if they hired people who actually speak and understand English, and take some pride in the quality of their work, may improve this declining business. Simple and easily-avoided errors continue to permeate their operations and I dread having to deal with them over and over again.
Wouldn’t leave my package without a signature for a vape battery and attempted delivery while I wasn’t home. I set up to pick up next day, showed up about 20 minutes after they opened and they couldn’t find my package. Turns out they sent it back out on a truck even though I told them I would pick it up and drove an hour from where I’m currently staying this week just to be told I can’t have my package because someone put it back on a truck and they told me to wait 3 hours and he would be at my house, too bad I have other errands to run and won’t be home. Cant follow simple instructions.
What a freaking waste of time when you call a company you should get service not some endless recording no wonder you’re going bankrupt customer service is always the problem
I never asked for my mail to be held at the Orange City Post Office. Give me my mail. Sorry I can't get to the locker daily I have foot issues. Got some nerve holding my mail.
The Orange City branch has been repeatedly horrible with outgoing shipments. On multiple occasions I have dropped off packages at the inside drop box and each time it has taken 2-3 days to scan the packages in the system then they sit dormant for a day or two before they get sent to Mid-Florida. By the time the package is shown as "In Transit" it is well past the 3-Day shipping I paid for. Dropped 7 packages on 11/27/2020 8:10AM and it is now 11/30/2020 3:30PM and none of the 7 have been accepted, more than likely still sitting in a bin. Drop off at Lake Mary and the packages are scanned and on the way within hours.
