We have 126 well-placed units in the park, so you’ll get to know each of our friendly residents on a first-name basis in no time. Speaking of “free,” your garbage pickup, yard maintenance, cleaning of shared facilities, cable television, and water usage are all included in one low yearly payment of only $1,100. Your affordable life style here includes a number of amenities, including a non-chemical salt pool heated to a temperature that is comfy for any Yuma winter day. As a cooperative, each property owner is an equal shareholder in the coop, with each lot having voting privileges. Weekly meetings are held with all shareholders. The coop elects officials within the community referred to as the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors oversees the community operations under the Park’s Rules and Regulations. There is also an Architectural Review Committee that insures the aesthetics of the community are maintained.
Examples of Monthly Ongoing Activities (most are two to three times per week): Hiking Excursions (various hiking locations), Swimnastics, Line Dancing, Yoga, Golfing, Card Making, Billards, Ladies’ Day Out, Sewing, Shuffle Board, Cards (Bridge, Texas Holdem, Whist, Pinochle, Cribbage, Kaiser), holiday gatherings, special event gatherings, pancake breakfasts, and various arranged trips and outings.
