I was Greeted by Ray Taylor who made this experience with searching for an apartment real easy. The apartments are nice and the area is quiet and clean. I am so glad that Ray was able to get me into my new place. I love it. Definitely recommend Orchard Park! And ask for Ray Taylor

Ray in the office is awesome!  Treats you like you’re the most important person that he’s dealing with at the time.  I’ve applied and dealt with a lot of managers in other complexes, and let me tell you you’re just a number not important and  they don’t wanna be bothered.

My husband and I was in the area searching for an apartment. We were greeted by Ray Taylor who was professional and enthusiastic about showing us around the complex and we loved the spacious layout of the apartments and the super large balcony. We were impressed by how clean and well manicured the grounds were. We would definitely consider Orchard Park as our home in the very near future.

I WILL GIVE 3 stars because they gave me the apartment without previously show. I gave to the office a list of many issues I found when I moved in, but I guess they never read it, because nobody has come to fixed yet. I am talking about the old office staff. I have no complaints about the new office staff. Ravenna Taylor, and Magdala Vilme-Lamou are very professional, they are doing a wonderful job, I give them  20 stars, and more.I hope that with the new administration, my apartment issues can be resolved.

New resident. And pleased with the move and staff.   Ray Taylor is my go to guy.  Anytime I stop by the office when I got questions, He always has an answer for me. Always polite and always helpful. He is  definitely appreciated as well as the rest of the team/staff.

If you are looking for a smooth transition for moving you need to come here!!! Please ask for Ray when inquiring about the apartment he was amazing and made sure everything was in order and taking care of!!!! He is such a blessing!!

As a new resident in the area i can definitely say Ravenna Taylor is amazing !! He made sure everything was ready and prepared for me on time at my place. His professionalism is perfect and he always gets the job done when their is something i need! So if your looking for a place to call home come to Orchard Park and ask for Ravenna!!

Great apartments. Ian from maintence was super helpful and prompt when we were having an issue inside our apartment. He was pleasent and fixed the issue immediately.

Like to thank the property manager Ray Taylor for putting us in a nice apartment the area is nice with the playground I have a 10 year old daughter so she'll be thrilled

I just want to say that I have had a great experience here!! The maintenance supervisor here Ian was very helpful whenever I had any maintenance issues. Thank you Ian!!
