You go here as a professional to find the stuff you need. No frills. No fancy computers. Only dedicated professionals who smarter the phone and know exactly what you need. Large availability of pro tools, fasteners, and equipment. Service is excellent. Prices are good. I will go here anytime in need of supplies.
Drove down from Redmond because they had what I needed, and knew about what I needed, and the price was right as well. I never knew this place existed till today, and I've lived here since 2012, I wish I would've known sooner. I browsed a nice selection of quality tools, goods, hardwares. Nice folks, family owned business, so this is exactly who needs to be supported by all of Central Oregon IMO. Thanks! :-D
Large selection of hardware and have never had an issue of something being out of stock.
I only dashed in here, but I'll start the review now as I will be back here very soon. Well-stocked and clean with super-friendly people.
Excellent place to find quality tools! They have Proto, Blackhawk, Urrea, etc. My first time there I got to walk through the warehouse an they have even more tools back there with the hardware so if you don't see what you're looking for just ask. This place was a breath of fresh air to me in my search for well made tools. I needed a lady foot pry bar and left with a nice 12" one by Proto for a very fair price.
Great place. Very friendly helpful staff. I'd give them 6 or 7 stars if I could.

Always have what I need.People are pretty friendly.Pretty knowledgeable.Very good.Wll continue to go there.Wife use to go down there and get me tools and ship them up to me in Alaska when I was working up there in 1988.
Good atmosphere no public restrooms though
I have dealt with this group of guys since I got to Bend in 2002.They are the most accomodating,service oriented all around group in the business.IF they were open on Sat.they would have much more of my my$$
