We brought the multi-trainer one on one personal training experience to the Hickory area way back in 1995. The venues may have changed, as well as the names by which we operate, but we are proud of our reputation of being the most respected, and most retained personal training entity in the area. We currently conduct over 100 unique workouts a week with over 80 unique clients. Additionally, we serve dozens of class participants in several cutting edge classes. My team and I have a combined 25+ years experience helping others achieve their best, and now we hope to add you to our family.
