I am extremely grateful for the excellent customer service & care I received with Orsini Specialty Pharmacy. I have a potentially life threatening disease & ordering/receiving my special medication through a different pharmacy was mostly a nightmare. Working with the representatives was quick & easy. I didn’t have to plead with anyone to understand the importance of my medication & I received my full shipment on time. A huge shout out to Jenny Barnes for her exceptional care. I appreciated her ability & willingness to help me & to make the process as easy as possible for me. I also appreciated her compassion, humor, communication & flow through!

Orsini Specialty Pharmacy is the ONLY specialty pharmacy I will use. The entire staff is incredibly polite and will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I have tried many other specialty pharmacies, and none are as amazing as Orsini. The staff truly care for their patients and take the time to get to know their patients as well. I have been with them for many years now, and have had the same representative the entire time. I have never been bounced around from person to person. Any questions I have are answered in a very timely manner, either immediately or within a few days. I have even spoken to the CEO on several occasions, and he cares for each and every patient just as deeply as the rest of the staff.

Received an invoice for a medication I have never used, or picked up. I have been calling the two numbers on the bill for 7 MONTHS. I never get a person on the phone and I always leave voicemails. Have not gotten one call back. Each month I still get a bill. Do they want their payment or not? Also my bill is for $5. They have definitely spent more in postage and paper than the invoice is even valued at.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. If there were easily accessible alternatives this company would have gone out of business years ago. Every positive google review is clearly fake. You can tell because there are only 1 star or 5 star ratings. All the 5 star reviews are fake.

Orsini is the worst and most unethical specialty pharmacy there is. Orsini does not honor the contracts they have with the prescription companies. My son needs Crosslinking surgery because he has a degenerative eye disease and Optimum RX approved the prescription at the contract price with Orsini in March and Orsnini denied the claim and instead tried to bill our medical insurance for more and told myself and the doctors office that our insurance company was not responding and we can do a buy and bill meaning purchase the medication from them and we bill our own insurance. When I called Orsini customer service representatives lied until I told her I know what’s going on and she states her manager denied the claim and I asked to speak to the manager and she placed me on hold for about 15 minutes and stated he does not have a phone. She took my number and said he would call me back. My insurance company is filing a grievance claim against Orsini because they are not abiding by their contractual agreement. If my son is unable to have his surgery and he looses more vision due to his eye disease I am going to sue Orsini because they are being a greedy money hungry unethical company. This all occurred yesterday and I still have not received a call back from a manager. M

I have been trying to call them since February, they have not answered since. I have paid $700 out $2,500. I called March and April multiple times and no answer. I gave up in May and June. I will be calling in July. If they do not answer again there is nothing I can do at this point. I have gotten three letters in mail saying I owe $2,500 with no record of the $700 I have paid. THIS IS VERY SKETCHY. I am not worried though have all the proof I need I have emails of receipts of making my payments and these reviews just shows me I'm not the only one and this will be my backup proof. Hope you guys answer this month.

They go beyond their expectations to help their patients. I was with a different pharmacy last year and every time I ordered my medication from them they would say it wasn’t available until a friend of my recommendation this pharmacy and they have never said they didn’t have my medication in stock. I will recommend this pharmacy to anyone including you. I promise you won’t regret coming to this pharmacy at all. Jenny Barns is amazing person to work with she really helps people getting their medicines.

After nearly a decade of struggles with different pharmacies for my specialty medication, I switched to Orsini. I have been with them for about 5 years now. In that time, there has never been so much as a glitch. Charlie has always been professional and makes all processes swift & seamless! I am also impressed with Jenny. She is a wiz in her area of expertise and takes away the stress of navigating healthcare stuff that I'd otherwise avoid because of how intimidating it can be! I love this company and how much they care for their patients. When many of us were left without a way to get our medication due to issues beyond anyone's control Orsini stepped up to the plate and saved the day! It's a huge relief knowing these folks are there for you.

I’m very pleased with Orisino & also Jenny Barnes. I didn’t have funding & consequently didn’t have my Haegarda for over 2 months. Jenny worked with me & I finally got the funding & Orisino sent me out my Haegarda. I was desperate. I switched from another specialty pharmacy to Orisino. Very professional & also polite. Personally Jenny also needs a raise. She stuck with me & called me to see how I was doing & was fighting for me to get my drug.

I waited for 2 months to get my daughter's specialty meds from CVS. When I switched to Orsini, they were filled and getting prepared to be shipped in a few minutes. I wish my insurance would let me use this pharmacy for all of her meds! Thank you Orsini!!!!
