My child fell and landed on the floor with her thumb. We took her here on the second day with swelling and bruising. We filled out the form and within minutes we were led to a waiting room where they asked her the basics. They came within minutes to take her to x-ray. After she came back, the doctor entered so quickly it was a shock. He was very thorough in his exam of her hand....asked very detailed questions to get the full picture of what happened. He explained carefully what my daughter should do to speed healing. She got a sturdy brace and away we went in less than an hour. Hopefully we won't ever need them again but if so, then I am for sure going back.
Dr Hamati is my favorite doctor ever. Been there since before 1990. Yep, I would not go back, for that many years if we didn't click. My encounters there are great. His work is top notch And he lets you look at your scans and will tell you everything you ask about. That's personalized attention! Love you guys! Beth.
Dr Moulton is Amazing He has performed 2 cervical fusions and a lumbosacral fusion on me. Results are Fabulous. With daily exercises and stretches, I have regained much of my movement and reduced pain. He has my Utmost Appreciation, Faith and Trust! You can not go wrong with Dr. Mark Moulton cross my heart Trust me.
Moulton and Potts are probably the best and most talented surgeons that we have here in Muskegon County. They are succinct and matter of fact, but they will take the time in explaining the issue that you are facing and the course of treatment that they feel is best for you. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job of keeping in contact with you to keep you updated if anything changes or schedule changes need to be done.
Just had my first appointment with Dr. Hawkins and am very pleased. He asked pertinent questions and listened to my answers. Was knowledgeable and appropriately concerned regarding condition and treatment. Looking forward to a long amicable partnership.
Orthopedic Associates of Muskegon is a great place to take your loved ones or yourself when they are in need of medical attention. The staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors are all wonderfully kind and help explain in depth any and all questions we had. I would definitely recommend going there for all your needs!
I love Dr. Potts!! He’s straight forward. Looks at the X-ray with you. Most importantly, he cared and asked how I felt about everything and what I was thinking. Took his time. Called me by name when he came in the door. He replaced my other knee a year ago. It went great and my knee works great!! Now for my other knee.. p.s. I even got him to chuckle just a bit.
Dr Voss and all the staff I came into contact with at my appointment were all great. They were pleasant, communicated clearly and had compassion for my situation. Would recommend OAM for your needs. The fact that they are independent of Trinity Health just is the icing on the cake. They are able to schedule much quicker and address my needs in a more timely fashion.
My experience was great. Dr. Shields was so gracious, professional and kind. The staff from the front desk, PA, surgical team, Dr Dunn and checkout personnel were excellent. Muskegon is luck to have such nice facility. Barb Pflaum
I was referred here by my new PCP for acute shoulder pain and was seen that same day. The experience was far beyond my expectation. I was able to get xrays and a steroid injection in less than an hour. Dr. Voss, his assistants and reception were very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to my next appointment for continuity of care.
