OrthoPro of Twin Falls

While I think they are nice people I'm very disappointed at the quality of the $7000.00 prosthesis they provided to my brother. He can only be upright and walk a couple of hours a day. The thing looks like Frankensteins monster. It has never worked right, sticks out at a 45 degree angle and can't be adjusted to a point where it stays aligned and causes him excruciating pain in his hip and back. He is a new amputee and so his mental health has really plummeted due to this unusable, super heavy and ridiculous hunk of garbage They said they won't replace it until Medicade pays them for another new one. They know that's a year out. Do better.

Very nice people and Ben is AMAZING!! However I totally despise having to go in for my daughter's appointments. There is always a super strong aroma. Today when I walked in the smell hit hard and I had an instant headache. Headache has held on all day. I mean I am about making an area smell good but it straight up smells like they dumped grandma's perfume all over the place.

Huge thanks to Ben and his team! I’m an amputee and traveled to Twin for a sporting event. I forgot my socks and was in for a long day of bottoming out and discomfort. I called the team and asked if they’d sell me a 3 ply sock to get me through. Ben took the time to see the type of my prosthetic and got me on my way with several socks. I was really glad he did because I ended up needing more than one! They have a beautiful facility and friendly staff. Thank you so much Ben for the kindness you showed me today! You were a lifesaver!

Everyone was awesome from start to finish. Front desk ladies even gave me fresh bottles of water since it was so hot. And service with a bunch of smiles. Definitely a go to place.

They are amazing there! My daughter got AFOs and everyone is so nice and so patient even though she screamed the whole time! The secretary Rachael is by far the best her customer service is on point! Always friendly has a smile and when she wasn’t able to get ahold of us she did whatever she could to get my daughter her braces!

Super friendly front desk staff and Ben Call was able to explain and answer all of our questions for our baby clearly. Great experience so far and we are excited to see our daughters progression with her cranial helmet.

Michael Johnson and Ben Call are amazing, honest people. Not just in their business but with their families, church, and life in general. I trust their judgment and are also a lot of fun! Definitely recommend them!
