Osaka Japanese Restaurant

I do not delight on giving a bad review because I love seeing smaller places thrive in a restaurant setting. I spent 15$ on a soba beef and shrimp plate. Soba was cold and the vegetables. I think it’s very overpriced. Unfortunately the flavor of the food is so bland as well. Hope they can revamp their menu and do better. If not I can never justify paying for that food for the price I spent.

For a food court restaurant, this place is good. Hot and fresh. It may seem expensive, but the portion size fits the price. I would recommend sharing the meal with someone.

One of my favorite places here in the food court. About equal to a panda express, and with a few different options. They are kinda stingy with the napkins, but will give you a couple extra. Not stingy on the sauces, those are yummy. They offer free samples, and it's nice to taste each dish before deciding.Food: 4/5

You definitely get your money’s worth. I love the way they cook their meat. Yum!!

Bad customer service from the cashier and if you dont tip they give u a dirty look usually i tip but sometimes you Just have enought for your food..Food: 1/5

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. I had the chicken and shrimp special, which had a decent portion size, but the taste was terrible. The woman who took my order was really short with me, rude, and seemed irritated that I was taking a while to decide on my order. I usually like Japanese food, but the quality was just not that good. The price isn’t too bad, so I guess you get what you pay for. The lady was also giving out samples without wearing gloves, watching her phone behind the counter while we were waiting for our food. During this global pandemic, I wouldn’t feel comfortable eating here.

The cook is a total A-hole! Yells at you getting your food! Don't put trays next to each other! You yell at people in a public place, you will get yelled at back. Screw you little punk cook.

Worst service and have hidden charges. The cook yelled at my for taking too many sauces and made me put one back. I had 2… do not go here you won’t be able to eat your food because you will be too upset.

I tried this place a few months ago and love their Teriyaki chicken. I think it is because they use chicken thighs so it is always flavorful and tender! Their sauce is amazing. I only order the chicken with no sides abs it is a huge portion for under $10 !
