Would give zero stars if could, on hold for hours, try to make payments on their website never accepts them always some issue processing, perfect example of why people hate the government
The amount of time I spend on hold trying to get my tickets on a payment plan is insane! I literally had to call off at work just to get it done because my hour lunch breaks aren’t enough time to even speak to a representative! It’s ridiculous! They are a joke!
I have been attempting to get some legal matters situated, but it is impossible to get in touch with the state attorney Melanie. I have called consistently for the past month and have gotten voicemail every time except for once. I leave my name, number, and my case number, but still no calls have been returned. I pray that I nor anybody else has to deal with this sluggish court in the future.
If I can put zero stars I would! This county never seems to amaze me. It is known to send out information to the wrong address purposely. My situation is unheard of I had two tickets in the same week and both were being taken to court, for some odd reasons I have a court date for one and the other it just magically went into a freeze to ask me if I still want a court date as if my answer would change. The ironic part about it I called every month of every week to this date and now I am automatically being defaulted to a plea deal as if I didn't want to take the ticket to court. Keep in mind its not the first time that they claim to send out paperwork to the wrong address. Last time "they claimed" to send out paperwork I had a warrant out for my arrest for their wrong doing. Terrible county! Beware!!
Lots of cracks in this foundation so many let down because of their lack of care for their choice of employment.
Horrible and inefficient, Suzanne is a terrible person who does not care about your Court documents at all. She is a real piece of work that lady.
This county is a JOKE!!! On hold for almost 2 hours and still spoke with NOBODY.
The cops post up at the end of poinciana blvd every end of the month and mostly end of the year to hand out tickets to make their quota. One of my friends just payed $300 for his 1st ticket in his life.
I did a name change recently the staff and process was so smooth. Any interaction with the staff was full of amazing customer service and getting seen was organized and quick.
