Thank you for being professional, nice. Your facility was clean, easy to find and was able to get me in quickly for a medically necessary test. I was very nervous, scared and your kind, profession staff helped me to relax and remain calm during my test. After getting my results, I wanted to take the time to say thank you. The staff treated me with respect, care and not like just a medical record number. I’m sincerely grateful, appreciate the staff and again from my heart want to say thank you.

Told by doctor because of a issue I need a test, was informed to contact the office to get it scheduled. Issue presented itself again, called doctor office, told to go to urgent care for help, went to urgent care told they cant help me I need to have the test and told me to go back and talk to my doctor, spoke to doctor again, they ordered the test, 300 waste of money

Every one there is very nice. I love going there because they always make me smile, even during times of stress. They truly care about their patients and every time I have left, I always end up smiling and thinking about how great the people are there. I highly recommend. There is a wait time, but definitely worth it, in my opinion.

This place is overbooked for primary care and most of the time no appoitments available . The staff and docotrs are great but, they won't give you an appoitment for several weeks. You will be left with two choices either to go to urgent care or an ER.

WOW This office is a mess with poor leadership and it shows with the office culture. The office manager needs to be replaced with someone who is capable of balancing the needs of paitnets, office staff and the health system.

The female technician performing my CT scans flushed my IV so fast that it caused pain. When I yelled out and started to cry, she chuckled/laughed. I've never been treated so bad in my life when receiving medical care/treatment. When I first complained about her behavior, she denied chuckling. When I complained again as she was starting the contrast, she said that she thought I was laughing at first, then realized I was crying. Not once did she ask if I was alright. Not once did she apologize. All she did was deny that she chuckled/laughed. I know what I heard coming from her mouth when she was standing right next to me. I will never come to this location again, not even if it's a STAT order!

Kept waiting I hear back from lab results and even contact them twice and was told they’re not back yet to final being told they lost my labs and I need to come in and do it again !!! Unbelievable

I have gone to this facility and left to go elsewhere. My new Endo gives me orders and I still go to Gahanna as I have My Chart at that facility. Showed up today and front office girl checked me in. If she told me to check in at the lab I did not hear what she said to me. I do not believe that she told me. I went to check in for labs and after waiting 10 minutes again I am still waiting. Not a good system at all

I saw Dr Emily Rosen and I absolutely love her! First appointment she sat down and listened to me and answered my questions and concerns. When my tests came back she called me herself and asked if I had any questions. I am so happy she is my Ob Gyn.

This is the best doctor's office I have ever went to. I have been going here since I was 1, and it's amazing. Dr. Petri and Dr. Clark are the nicest doctors ever. I recommend going here for a lot of your medical needs.
