Totally unprofessional practice! Was seen back in march as a new patient had a cleaning done. Had a 6 month cleaning scheduled in September however I recently started having pain. Called today to get in and the provider I saw in march left the practice and the office no longer takes my insurance. No phone call, letter from them or anything. The receptionist said it was the providers choice not to send a letter to his patients letting them know he was leaving practice. The dentist office should have notified myself if that was the case! Now I’m in pain and have to find another dentist. Who knows how long before I can be seen again!

Was there only 40 minutes. The doctor was wonderful. He painlessly pulled my tooth and I was on my way. His nurse assistant was very friendly and helpful as well. I Highly recommend this dental office.

After 30+ years of satisfactory care I developed an issue 2 years ago and was told they couldn’t squeeze me in, that I should call another dentist. Last year I developed a terrible toothache. I was told they could get me in in 2 months!! When I was going to ask if one of the other dentists could squeeze me in the receptionist told me to call another dentist and hung up on me. I’m very pleased with the dentist I was seeing but don’t expect to get care when you need it most.
