Having to find this place is not very easy! You have to go down this little tiny alley type thing on Fern and then pull in this little parking lot they can barely see and then from there walk down this little path to the smallest post office I’ve ever seen! Their services are limited to only picking up mail and passport pictures!
This post office has a parcel pick up location that has a big sign stating they open at 8:30AM. I’ve been sitting outside of the gate in the little alley an hour already with a line of cars and no one is opening the gates while people just walk by inside ignoring us. Of course no one is answering their phones either!
If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst postal experiences ever with this location. I had a missed notice for a package that requires a signature. Scheduled redelivery for 7 days later, got a confirmation email and a reminder of redelivery email. Thought everything would go as planned. Stayed home, even had a back up of taping the signed slip with confirmation to leave it on the door if there was reason I couldn't answer. Nothing, no show. Left the slip on the door thinking maybe the next day, NOTHING! Contacted them and they say the next day. Signed slip EYE LEVEL on the door still, was home. They "delivered" it TO MY NEIGHBIR WHO WAS NOT HOME AND LEFT A SLIP ON THEIR DOOR! The deliverer ignored the giant number sign above my door AND the pink missed delivery form taped eye level to my door, walked passed it and went to my neighbor THEN THEY REFUSE TO REDELIVER FOR THEIR MISTAKES! now I have to try and make it to them before they close which is IMPOSSIBLE since they close at 3pm and I don't get off work until 1430 and let's be real, san diego traffic, it will never happen. The last time they left a missed delivery they didn't even activate the barcode. This place is HORRIBLE!
Clerk Ms. Maria was so nice. We got there earlier than our 1pm appointment. She took us in and helped us out with all that we need. We need picture taken as well as make copies of the required documentation. She was so fast we were done before our actual appointment. We were stressed out but all of that disappear and had the rest of the day off, because of the service that we got. All personnel were very helpful and friendly too.
Had an appointment for my baby’s passport and the customer service was awesome and very fast. Mirian was very helpful with the process and very friendly, in 15 minutes I was already done. Overall excellent experience
Young man that works in that post office is a very rude person doesn't matter how many houses I own and it's none of his business and he's very rude and you need to get rid of him he ain't doing nothing but crying he's very rude to people and you try to give you an oxy interrogation
They pretend they make appointments for passport but they dont. Will never answer phone calls and if you go in person never available
Had an appointment for my passport, showed up two hours early to ask a question to make sure I had all the right documents. Maria Valencia is incredible! She got me back to the office, took care of everything and had me out in 15 minutes. Great experience, highly recommend this location to get your passports taken care of. Excellent job Maria!

My family & I went to get our passports done & I was amazed how the passport clerk Maria was able to get our passport done & find my package. Very good on multitasking. I was also impressed the way every one meaning other employees & supervisors kept coming to her asking her questions & she was had a answer for every question . The post office needs more clerks like Maria Valencia, this post office is very lucky to her here. I definitely highly recommend her if u need a passport done or even to find your package. Nice job Maria
