I'm from out of town, but this is the best experience I've had at a car wash. The staff was very helpful and before the actual wash they scrub the front of my vehicle since there were a build up of dirt on the grill, glass, and tires. My Jeep looked fantastic when it came out of the car wash. Additionally, it cost no extra money. They were just driven to give the best service.Services: Vacuuming
This carwash has the latest equipment which helps shorten the time to cycle vehicles through the carwash process. So never any long lines. Also Otto’s is centrally located in Destin FL. If you are heading out and need to leave the sand behind pull in here and leave Destin cleaner than you arrived.
Wow! Super great wash. Never would think that for an express car wash you would get a pro quality wash! My car looks awesome! I will for sure be back. The wash,wax and vacuums were great. Good layout and extras to help you make your car look even better. The service was tops. All I can say is those kids kill it! That curly haired kid Cameryn was awesome. She was Super friendly and helpful when deciding what to get and will even wash off your mats. This is my go to for a good wash.Services: Car waxing
These guys are awesome! For a quick wash this is beyond what I would expect! My car looked great! The staff was wonderful and helpful. Even in the extreme heats they are out there offering stellar service and offering to help with my mat’s or extra scrub for bugs. Thanks Kami in the Destin location! They have a machine that brushes your matts and it's complimentary so you don't have to pay. I love that because I don't have to break my back trying to vacuum the rugs. Great washes at great prices. I come here twice a month.
I love this location! Kami is awesome and so helpful. This express wash is great. They offer free vacuums towels to clean your windows and window spray. They really make sure your car is taken care of and washed well.

I’ve lived in a lot of states and used a lot of car washes and Otto’s is by far the best I’ve used! My car always comes shining bright and their mat cleaners and pressurized air are two of my favorite features. If you’re in Destin or Santa Rosa Beach Florida don’t miss your chance to stop at Otto’s and shout out to Dakota for the first class customer service!Services: Vacuuming
After years of avoiding automated ‘tunnel washers’ because I didn’t want my car’s paint to get scratched up I ran into the owner of this Otto’s and asked him about the brushes scratching my car. He had a great answer about how their brushes are made with a particular foam that can’t scratch, and assured me that my paint will be fine. I’m very glad I asked, then gave his car wash a chance because they did a fantastic job and I have not found one single scratch on my car. I take my daily driver there at least once a week now, and it always leave their parking lot looking brand new! Seriously though, their technology is state of the art, customer service is fantastic, and vacuums are strong. Best value I have found in a car wash yet. Update: They have the coolest little machine to clean your floor mats, and if you have the tall rubber ones that don’t fit in the machine they will spray them off by the entrance.
First time at the Santa Rosa location. Service guys were super nice and loved my car! Upon coming home I noticed my front 2 tires didn't have tire shine on them but the back ones did. It was pretty busy today 10/1 @ 4:15 with alot of cars going thru back to back. Anywho, may wanna check out the sprayer for the tire shine. Thanks!
