I went here around 10:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. I was the only one there no line to wait in. I use the automatic pull-in Bay. The first Bay for automatics and bought the highest priced wash offer. It was only $8 what seemed like a $16 wash any place else just basing off of the time in the wash at Brent's and dry cycle. The car wash itself did a great job of washing a small pickup. It did not do a great job with depth perception. It sounded and felt like it was trying to wash the metal under the paint. I would venture to guess the laser eye needs adjusted. The vacuum service was operational except the first one I tried did not work. The hose on the passenger side worked very well. Most all stationary vehicle car washes with rotating brushes are better than the pull throughs, this one was no different. I would return and recommend so long as there is some adjustments made to brush height from vehicle.
Paid for full service wash“ultimate wash”We pulled in and it soaped our vehicle from front to back, the spraying device then went to the original placement towards the front of vehicle…. Then nothing. The water pressure changed from time to time spraying a lot then spraying nothing, BUT never moving. So we had to leave with a soapy vehicle and come to another car wash. There is not a live person to address our refund so we now have to hunt and seek. So irritating… spent another $20 to “fix” the soapy mess left on our vehicle. I’ll try to upload the videos
When you have 2 BIG signs saying you have FREE vacuumes and nothing saying with a purchase of a wash and you come hassle someone about it and laugh and say nothing's free..... Go to Otto's express carwash in Destin or Santa Rosa beach. They have FREE vacuumes and FREE air fresheners for you. Don't go to this run down in maintained self service car wash. Go to a good one that will treat you right and act professional. I've spent allot of money at red eye Joe's and never had this treatment before.
Change machines do not work to get change for the car wash. The car wash doesn’t work. WHY IS THERE NOT A CLOSED SIGN ON THIS DUMPSTER FIRE? Called the number displayed 5 times because the machine took my money and gave me a ticket that said sorry but we can’t give you change. Why wouldn’t it just spit my money back out?????? If you can’t run a car wash you might want to rethink life!!! End rant
I was looking to wash my car and most of the car washes were closed so I went to this one because it was open and I paid for the gold package, I went in and the brushes smeared all the salt and dirt on my car and made it worse! Instead of water the machine dropped ice cubes! Now my car is even dirtier and they took my money! WORST CAR WASH EVER, NEVER COMING BACK!!
Wish i could give this place 0 stars. Got a 30k dollar sports car and car wash sucked. The soap wasn't much more than water with some bubbles, tire cleaner was falsely advertised as a green cleaner but came out clear and didn't clean my rims or tires. The triple foaming conditioner was one color and came out as globs and I couldn't wait 30+ minutes to cover car so I just rinsed it off which almost resembled the soap... Worst place ever!! And the vaccuum don't work had to park in the spot three times and couldn't even get between the seats. Spent 30 minutes here and highly regret it. Didn't get dirt off car. I'm just gonna continue using the circle k $8 car wash that actually cleans the car and uses actual soap and cleaner. My mom was disappointed as well with how her car came out.
For 8 dollars we got a very thorough car wash and free vacuum. Very happy with the wash!
Great car wash. Always well maintained and functioning 24 hrs / 365. Seems like your quarters don't go as far as they used to but everything always works and the vacuum is included. When you're done, walk next door for a fresh, hot chicken sandwich. Update 9-20: The owner contacted me and assured me that the rates, timers in the self wash bays have not changed since the car wash was built. Wow. Years later, your dollar is still worth a dollar. Still love this place!
Best car wash in Destin. The nicest and politest owner. This place is the best deal for a car wash I've ever seen. Usually comparable washes are closer to $20, which shows they really care about your car, not just making money. Great for getting sand out of your car from the beach on vacation. Really love this place and I would definitely recommend you giving them your business. Has pre tire spray, lots of vacuums, colorful washes, and self service wash bays.
Car wash didn't work the first time. Attendant got us into anothervstall promptly. Customer service was very good. The car wash was clean and well kept. Hard rubber style spinning brushes older equipment but well kept!
