Just bought into this membership last year. Very disappointed in the cleanliness. Used bandages all around pools, and wads of hair. Lots of broken chairs and loungers and the hot tub heater was broke for most of our stay! Very disappointed. Davison outdoor adventures lake shore

As time goes by they are grabbing every $1 they can. They extend holidays by like 2 weeks. So if you cancel June 20 for June 24 reservation they charge $100 they consider it holiday weekend although it’s 2 weeks before the holiday. They are becoming quite petty * Issue has been resolved. Thanks for updating you reservation website to clarify.

Great facilities and the people were really nice. I received a $50 e-card and 7 nights of camping for sitting through a 2- hour presentation that could have been done in 20 minutes, so it felt pretty scammy but it seems to still be worth the listen. You have to purchase that day in order to get the deal they offer. You can go through an application process in which, if you have good enough credit, you can potentially get a loan with no down payment. Otherwise they require at least $1700 down. I think it would be worth it if they didn't overdo the presentation process and were more up-front about what exactly you're in for. The phone lady makes it sound like it's going to be fun and informative but really it's just a drawn out sales pitch in which they try to scare you off of regular campgrounds by making up prices and targeting fears.

Me and my husband had a tour at the Lake Shore property in Davison, MI with Rob and he was phenomenal!! He explained everything to the T! with no extra gimmicks. He's very personable and welcoming and we never felt pressured about anything. When he drove us around the grounds to show us all of the amenities this beautiful resort had to offer, we were floored! It's so much to do but peaceful at the same time. We would highly recommend this resort to any family looking for a fun time out in nature!

Beautiful resort/resorts! Clean, organized, and very friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed from the second you drive in! Booth employee was so welcoming and fun! Definitely worth your time to come check out to see if this fits in for your family. Lots given for your time coming to check out their resort and options. Matt and Doug were so very personable and great at explaining!

We had a tour at the Lake Shore property with Tim. Him and everyone we interacted with were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. The property was beautiful, well managed and seemed like a great place to vacation with many amenities. Can't wait to book our camping trip at one of their locations soon.
