The lady helping us with a new membership today was really sweet and helpful. Not a bad store and seems clean although I really, really wish they had more organic foods... especially fresh fruits and vegetables and had a better selection of cereal it would be really cool if they would do organic or more healthier cereals for kids too.
We have loved sam's club for some time, but we essentially don't go into the laundry isle if the "Just Energy" person is there. And now at the entrance there is a very aggressive phone salesmen targeting people my age 24-34 about phones. His aggressiveness at brute forcing for sales was very off-putting and made me really start to question if at renewal, switching to Costco would be the better bet. I asked if I could have time to think about the deal he pushed at me and he replied "I can't make you do anything!" Very frustrating. Please dial down the salesmen you let into Sam's Club.
Zero customer service from our cashier. Didn't acknowledge us at all. Rang our items and stops there. I finally asked how much do I owe. Never had that experience at Sam's Club. Usually a 5 star.
We always, have Pizza, in the deli. The last few times, the pizza has been, very dried out & tuff. I believe, they are over baking it, or let it sit to long. We have, enjoyed it, in the past. But not recently. Felt we wasted our money.
Rude, unprofessional employees in the tire shop. Attitudes are the pits. If I hadn't purchased my tires prior to this encounter there's no way in hell I would have. Think I'll let my membership lapse. I refuse to spend my money in an environment like that.
Got a good deal from T-Mobile for a $15 membership and a $15 gift card. Awesome deal. Clean Store and courteous staff.
Always enjoy this place! Tonight, our server named Sam was perhaps the best server we have had in a long time! Her timing and attitude were perfect!
Sam's Club is great place to purchase bulk items like seasonings, paper towels, trash bags, baked goods and frozen seafood.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been a Sam’s Club member in Saginaw, MI for many years. Today they lost a family of members. My wife went to go get gas at the Sam’s Club gas station. She panicked and called me because she realized she left her physical card at home. I told her, no big deal, just use the one on your phone! She didn’t have the app downloaded, so I sent her a screenshot of our membership. The rude old hag running the gas station tells my sweet wife, in front of everyone, “that’s clearly photoshop, if you really have a card go inside and get a new one.” To which my wife was just so embarrassed and decided to leave. I cannot believe the way that she was treated by this employee. There were many ways to handle this situation, simply say you don’t accept the digital one, but to taunt and berate a customer that way is gross. Don’t call someone a liar and act like they are a thief. I am absolutely DISGUSTED by this woman! Who trained her?! Who is allowing people to think THIS is how you treat people! Absolutely GROSS.
