Clean, reasonably priced and so much fun! Also very safe for kids and family with 3 lifeguards on duty at all times in the kids area.
The Oviedo Aquatic Center is a Community Park with a wide variety of amentities, including a swimming pool, kids water park, fitness gym, basketball/volleyball courts, rock climbing wall, playground, etc. The fitness gym and locker rooms are a little dated but they get the job done for the price. The City offers numerous programs for the kids to keep them active as well. Visit the City's website for more information and be sure to visit this Community Park and be a part of the Oviedo community!
This place is awesome . Most things for kids 1-10 Pool shallow One huge fun slide for older kids 48 " to adults Needs more chairs or bring your own Concession very limited so bring your own. All kids loved it . Highly recommend
Went there for a swim meet. Clean facilities and ample parking. Nothing negative about the place.
Brought kid in. Told they at capacity. I watch my own kid and dont need a lifeguard. Happy to pay whatever fee. Still turned away with kid crying. They not even that full. Nothing more frustrating than seeing your kid disappointed. Would give -5 stars if I could.
The Oviedo Aquatic Center is a good place to spend the summer weekends with family. It costs $118 per family for Oviedo residents within the city limits for the summer months May to September. So if you have a family of size four, it pays itself off within couple weeks because it would cost $5 per person per visit if you don’t have the pass. You may want to pay $5 fee and bring a cooler for the kids so that you can have cool drinks or food. I do not like the food of the center’s, which definitely costs more than $5 depending on what you order. They opens seven days per week during summer months. The kids like the water slides and just hanging out in the cool water.
06/02/2022 12:00pm my son 3years old and I went & had a great time! I noticed they had a concession stand so we went inside to buy a slushy the few kids that were in front of us part of their summer camp program got denied to buy a bottle of WATER!! I was shook as a mom because the heavy set, bossy, young girl was so rude to the kids just trying to get a drink.. made no sense as a mom if a kid is thirsty in 90 degree weather!!
The splash pad area especially is a fun place for kids. Unfortunately, this is well-known. The day we went the facility was open from noon to 5, and the splash pad area with the water slide was at capacity; you could join a wait list, but if you weren't on the list by 1:00 you weren't getting in. To be clear, you can still go to the pool, but if the draw for you is the splash pad area, be aware that that's harder to get into.
I like this place WAY BETTER than Riverside. Staff is really nice, they have the aquatic center which my child loves, and overall it’s a nice complex with a concession stand, lots of shade, and sitting.
Super nice facility for Aqua zumba Open to the community and only $6 per person. Class every Saturday at 9 am
