Decent gas station with lots of space. A large grass field if you want to ground yourself or just sit for a bit or if you have kiddo's... To let them run and play. Just off the hwy. Convenient.
Closed at 3pm on a Saturday? also today I called for a pizza couldn't order any food because quote " nobody knows how to work the kitchen". Time and time AGAIN this "gas station" falls so far BELOW the bar.

Decent place to stop. Just be careful who your casher is. Lady ringing me up said under her breath, "with a beard like that I'd just stay home." So yeah, I guess next time I've been working under a car all day and I want to come and get gas or a bag of chips I'll be sure to put brush my beard a little better you that perticual cashier.
We needed a place to stop for the night while towing our 5th wheel home in the pouring rain from Tomohawk WI. Stopping here was a great decision. The staff was super nice and the lot was so quiet we slept in an hour longer than planned. But no never mind the kitchen was open and we got a fresh made to order pizza and a couple of burgers. There isn't a sit down restaurant but for "gas station" food this place is top notch.
Neither of the cashiers were wearing masks. It’s now a state mandate to do so. I wouldn’t have been even that annoyed about it but my cashier was coughing all over the place! Even if there wasn’t a GOBAL PANDEMIC going on, that is so rude. If she was having a coughing fit, she could have had the other cashier step in. Very unprofessional especially because of what’s going on.
It’s 10pm and the place is closed up…. Why call yourself a travel plaza when you don’t even stay open that late? I would 100% skip this place and go either to Plainfield or to Portage.
Closed by 10:15pm on a Friday. Guess they close whenever they feel. Don't trust the hours listed.
Can't recommend due to a cashier calling the police on my friend for "suspicious behavior". The cashier already has given multiple stories. She first said that my friend had been in the gas station previously on Friday, and then changed it to Saturdayneither is true, my friend isn't even from the area. Now the manager states that the cashier called the police because other customers said she had a puppy that she was possibly trying to sell. I am not sure how selling a puppy is suspicious behavior. So what is the real reason? My friend is a POC, and apparently due to her having darker skin, she automatically looks suspicious. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
Place has always been good to me. Everytime i go i get good service.the workers there are kind and understanding. 5 stars easy, highly recommend, food is awesome too
