I generally prefer to do my applications online, but some glitch happened and i had to go in. I arrived around 9am and there was no waiting Tuesday. They seem to have an efficient process, I was in there for no more than 2 hours and I was able to find out i was approved before leaving. The staff were very kind and helpful. Se hablan Español.

Why can't i choose an option when i press 1 2 or 3 it does not work. I already tried from 4 different phones. So You can't possibly say it is My phone. There is a big flaw in Your system iam trying to report My lost card

Horrible service. Honestly waste of time calling them. Waiting over an hour almost 2. Like what's the point in there jobs?? Some people can't get up and go over to the offices. Complete BS customer service

I was incredibly surprised how fast I got service, I must have had good timing because everyone told me it was going to take vastly long than it did. The woman that helped me was super sweet, knowledgeable, and had no issue stopping and going into more detail with me. I was always weary of going here but it was surprisingly more pleasant than I expected.

Don't be alarmed about the number you get on the way in the door. They divide everyone up by the service that they need. Yes, you sit for about 45 minutes altogether, but I assure you, the office is very efficient. Oh, and when they give you your number after they've evaluated your problem, you don't have to wait for anyone else to make copies of your documents, there is a copier right there for your use.

Just like with any large bureaucratic Institution, arrive prior to its opening at 8 am. With eight minutes to go for the top of the hour, there are roughly 15 people in line, the efficient staff will work through that line in a reasonably swift fashion. But still, plan for a day of uncomfortable seating and mind numbing boredom as you patiently wait your turn.

Takes forever, showed up with only 8 people In The building 1 hour later more then 25 were seen before us. Plenty of people who showed up afterwards got to be seen before us, this place and the DMV need to rehire some of these people, there's no rush no caring just typing 15 words a minute.we need better workers at our government facilities

Except for being packed to the gills hour they are open, the people are polite, nobody looks or acts overworked, your are seen relatively quickly. The only thing I don't care for are the people filing the waiting rooms. But that's just a personal distaste.

One star for friendliness. You absolutely never get an actual human on the line. Every time you drop something off in the slot IT WILL NOT BE RECEIVED. Don’t do it. Multiple times I’ve made this mistake and it negatively impacted my family when my paperwork was never received. You must go into the building yourself and you will wait for no less than one hour to be seen.
