Ozark Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Matt is amazing! He does so well with my kids. These people are reasonable with their surgery pricing.. and they are SO quick with the kids cleanings etc. great place to go to! I have 4 kids and this is our place! Highly recommend

As a dental professional I cannot recommend Ozark Pediatrics enough. Greeted with a warm smile from Chrystal, and Carmen the hygienist is so wonderful and patient with my girls. Dr. Matt also made my anxious daughter feel right at home and made us forever patients. I also appreciated his conservative approach for treatment and visits!

If you have an autistic child or even a difficult one, I'd recommend going elsewhere. They wouldn't help us at all. They would not call in any antibiotics for an abscess and scheduled the pulling for it a month and a half out. Front desk and Mary are completely rude, I called and said my child was crying in pain is there anything you can do and got answered with a cold "I don't know" from mary! Pathetic.. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and mine is simply how do these people sleep at night?? I made several attempts to get my child help from these idiots, they could care less!

This places doesn't even deserve one star from me. I am so disgusted with how everything was handled. I took my 5 year old there to get an extra tooth pulled and he claimed that my son needed 8 other teeth removed. REALLY EIGHT TEETH!!! That is practically half of his teeth! His one tooth was given him alot of issues so I scheduled an app. to have his extra tooth removed plus the one in front of it. That was a NIGHTMARE! My child was an exceptional patient before seeing Dr. Matt. He would sit so still and loved going to the dentist but NOT anymore. He is so scared to go now. When he went in for his procedure to get his extra tooth pulled he started squirming because of the novocaine and instead of talking him through it they held him down and pulled two teeth without even letting the novocaine sit in. He seemed like he was in a rush. So after that I took him to get a second opinion on the rest of his teeth they didn't mention anything about pulling any teeth. They said it was a routine dentist procedure and all they had to do is cap them. Really, we don't have to pull half of his teeth! So I cancelled my son's app. with them and I still had one app. scheduled for another son that I figured I would just get it done so I didn't have to go through scheduling him somewhere else. Well, I went in today to get my one son finished and they said we don't have him scheduled. Uh, yeah you do because I was even sent a text that he was scheduled for this day. The nurse said I am sorry for the misunderstanding but I cancelled him when you cancelled the app. with your other son thinking you didn't want to come back here. I only mentioned cancelling for my one son. You would think they would call and clarify it but noooo..... they just assumed. So instead of saying I am very sorry we will squeeze him in anyway because it was our mistake. No, instead she wanted to schedule another app. Are you crazy lady.... yeah I am going to wait another month and a half to get my son in. Forget you!!! They have this stupid policy that they charge you if you miss the app. But what about getting reimbursed for them wasting your time and money to run all the way over there to find out they cancelled your app. Especially when gas is almost $4 a gallon. a

I’ve taken my kids here for awhile. Really did love this place. But my daughter had an appointment and they sent me a reminder text to confirm the appointment. I was at work so couldn’t get to it at the time. 2 hours later I received a text canceling my appointment because I hadn’t responded. I called and they did offer another time for the appointment. I was at work though and don’t feel within a 2 hour window 2 days before her appointment is acceptable for canceling an appointment. Very disappointed because my kids were very comfortable with them. Also when I called they wouldn’t give me a reason for cancellation like that.

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! I was fired from working here but I understood the reason and did not hold it against Dr. Matt. There is only two pediatric dentists nearby so I brought my kids into the practice to get looked at. I was treated well while there although the wait was rather long. I used to work there so I know it gets crazy sometimes Dr. Matt seemed nice and respectful and even helpful. We were able to set up another appointment later in the year. Then I am served a verified letter stating that they are dropping my kids as patients. I understand not wanting me to work there. When a job doesn't work out usually it is a mutal thing. But refusing to see a child because of it That is PETTY. My kids did nothing wrong and deserve to see what I thought was the best. However I will NEVER bring them back here again. I recommend you go to a different dentist as well. Dr. Matt has corrupted the dr/patient relationship and held my children liabile for my actions which is absolutely sad. If I was disrespectful or my kids were I would understand this. However when I left the other day I was NOT alerted to any problems and thought that we were on good terms.

This is really the best place for pediatric dentistry in all of NWA. I’ve been to others that felt like a money-grab, or that didn’t have kid shows/games, or that treated you like just another routine appointment in their day. We always feel special here, all the employees seem to really like kids, and the aesthetics are somehow fun and calming at the same time. Dr. Matt is always smiling and he seems very reasonable in his assessments and advice.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and informative the entire visit. The kids look forward to their appointments, which is saying something as they both have extreme dental anxiety. I can't say enough good things about this place! Came here after Summit said my kids had cavities that supposedly developed between their 6 month appointments. Turned out they didn't and they have been cavity free for a year and a half! They thankfully saved my kids from unnecessary dental work.

Truly a five-star experience for our little guy at Ozark Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Matt and his entire staff were exceptional from start to finish. This was our 2-year-old's first visit to the dentist and we were pretty apprehensive, but the clinic is designed to put your child at ease and the staff knows exactly how to handle tough situations. Loyal customers here for sure!

Absolutely love this place! Dr.Matt did so good. My little one had a cavity and they’re 4, however I was nervous on her being scared for life. Nope he was phenomenal!!!!! I highly recommend it if you had to choose I’d choose here over and over again!
