Westrock charged what I feel is unfair fee months after completing treatment. Spent weeks trying to figure out the additional charge and didn't receive promised return calls. Very unhappy with how it was handled. UPDATE: I called the office 3x and left contact information each time but never had return call from office manager or other representative.
Had braces removed after 5 visits in two months to have lower wires put back in place. Put back in place ourselves multiple times also. Daughter left office in tears twice, only person who ever said sorry was lady who removed them. Nearly impossible to get someone to answer phone and they do not return phone calls.
My granddaughter Layla was at the office to get her braces off. She slammed her thumb in the car door going in. We were going to reschedule but Layla insisted on staying. The dentist bandaged her thumb and gave her an ice pack and took off her braces.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed the whole time I was there. They were prompt and didn't leave me in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time which I have experienced elsewhere. Overall, definitely recommend.
Nice place. I gave 3 stars because they NEVER pick any phone calls or return any calls... Very fustrating!!!
While the Orthodontist and technicians who work on my son at this place are great, the customer service I’m getting from several members of the admin staff are HORRIBLE. They don’t get back to you when they say they will and they don’t keep good notes. Then hang up on you. I’m sure this is all unintentional, but these ladies need to up their game to support the great Orthodontist they are working for.

We just switched offices with Westrock from ft Smith to Siloam Springs location - everyone was so nice and helpful - I have 4 in braces so it takes some juggling . Thanks so much Westrock ! Lydia, Valerie,Janir and ,Tanisha were kinda and gentle !
I have been using Westrock Orthodontics services for about two years now. In the beginning I had issues with the old orthodontist not listening to my concerns about swelling gums. They told me to "just rinse with salt water or a hydrogen peroxide solution" and so i did and continued to have issues with my gums. Now with this new orthodontist, im having even more issues with my braces. 4 different times my wire has broke in the same spot. The first time they let me make an appointment for the next week. The second time I had to physically take the wire out of my mouth because it was deep inside my back gums. When I called to make an appointment for this, they told me it was NOT an emergency. This continued two more times including the issue I had today. I called and emailed them and still haven't gotten a response. My gum is inflamed and infected. I had to take the wire out once again today. Not to mention they weren't following the treatment plan that was originally put in place. The orthodontist is almost always on tik tok and doesn't seem to put effort into my dental health. I have another appointment scheduled but they shouldn't expect me to be there because I'm not going to show up. Funny thing too is that the wire is SUPER flimsy. I can bend it with my two fingers. I do not recommend this place to anyone ever. I also posted photos to anyone who wanted proof.
Taking Stone to see Dr Winters and Holly has been great. We appreciate you so much!! Holly has been very patient and made Stone comfortable throughout the process.
